    Basement Toilet Flange

    Vlad and his team did excellent comprehensive work. I had damaged our old basement toilet flange (lead...who knew...). I got in touch via homestars and they did the work the following morning. They were clean, quick, and reliable. There were a few extra Y connections and they were included. Their price is also reasonable.

    Repair or Replace Sump Pump

    Sewer pipe replacement and backwater valve installation

    From start to finish, DrainCom showed a genuine interest in the problem I was facing (a collapsed drain) Talin in particular showed meticulous attention to detail that instilled confidence in the services offered by DrainCom. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring a thorough understanding of my needs were truly commendable. It was clear from the outset that DrainCom takes customer satisfaction seriously. Working closely with Vlad during his first visit to my home through the ongoing planning phase further emphasized the impressive knowledge and contagious enthusiasm that defines DrainCom. Vlad's ability to guide customers through often challenging situations and turn them into positive experiences is a testament to his expertise and commitment. His "can do attitude and attention to detail" are outstanding qualities that shine through in every aspect of the service provided. His knowledge is extremely impressive and he does a commendable job to provide workable and affordable solutions. I also loved that fact that DrainComs work is backed up an industry leading 25 year warranty.     Install a new drain and clear existing drain

    Serge was punctual, protected my floors with drop cloths, and explained what he was doing. If his original strategy didn't work, he was ready to try a different approach to make sure that he completed the necessary work. He had a crew of 2 men with him and they all did agreat job and left my home as clean as when they entered. His price was reasonable and competitive and I would definitely recommend him.

    Basement waterproofing

    Staff is very professional knowledgeable! The service was fast job was done quick and the leaky basement was fixed ! Great team I would recommend to everyone to solve any wet basement issues !

    Replace broken Y connection in underground drains & install backflow preventer

    First class service from Draincom. Having had the issue diagnosed by another party we were frantic to get the problem fixed ASAP. I called Draincom late on a Friday evening at 9pm after they answered my ad. I was pleasantly surprised that Talin answered and scheduled an inspection the next day. Vlad came to inspect and provided an immediate quote for the full service to run new pipe, Y connection plus the backflow preventer and clean out, which we accepted based on price and professionalism. Draincom coordinated the locates, permit, final inspection and the necessary paperwork to apply for the available city grant for the backflow preventer. They had a last minute opening the following Friday before the long weekend and completed what was originally scheduled as a 2 day job in 1 day, thoroughly cleaned the work area and removed all garbage created. Talin & Vlad provided fantastic customer service and kept us updated with everything throughout the course of the job, their crew were also polite, diligent, hard workers, we highly recommend Draincom and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Remove old concrete slab and drain and replace it.

    Vlad and his coworkers did an excellent job - and right on time. Third time using this company. Always do a great job! And clean up afterwards. Would highly recommend them.

    Highly recommend!

    Absolutely flawless execution. They didn't stop until they located the source of the issue and then revised their approach to remedy it. I can't recommend this company enough. Quick, efficient and beyond professional and knowledgeable.
