I can't recommend this company enough! They are great! My basement flooded after last month's crazy rainfall. I called draincom to install a sump pump. Andrew came and assessed the situation the following day! Within a few days draincom was there installing the pump and weeping tile! i was very impressed. After the install, Andrew followed up to ensure I was happy with the service, that very day I noticed some additional leakage. Andrew called in the crew to address it immediatlely and addressed the problem! I'm very happy with Andrew and draincom. I definitely recommend them! they strive to please!

We were left without water due to renovations and DrainCom was the only company that was willing to come quickly. Yuriy, the licensed plumber came on time and provided the price before the work started. He did a fantastic job on two bathrooms and left everything spotless. Wonderful job - would highly recommend him! We will be calling him again for all our plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Drain Com. Both the receptionists (Corey and Santina) were very pleasant to deal with. They were able to set up an appointment right away with a plumber. Will (the plumber) arrived within the scheduled time. He addressed all my concerns. He was able to fix the leak in the copper pipe which was located in a crawl space. He was patient when answering all my questions and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I will use Drain Com in the future and gladly have Will deal with all my plumbing needs.

When I first spoke to Valentin on the phone, he stuck me as being very well spoken and very professional and knowledgeable. When he showed up he gave me a verbal estimate after I explained the problems with my shower/tub faucets. I have to say that I was very satisfied with the work he preformed. He quickly found the problem and fixed it right away. Will use Drain Com in future for all my plumbing needs.

We had a badly clogged drain in the basement with staying water. Valentin arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He completed the work fast and clean. Valentin gave us good advice regarding maintenance of the drain in our particular case. I'm very pleased with the service.

I woke up one morning with sloshy floors and discovered there was leak coming from the shower. I called DrainCom and easily booked an appointment for the same day. Yuriy came over and took a look at the situation. He explained what the problem was and provided a detailed estimate for the repairs. After I approved the repairs, he left to go get the required parts and came back to fix the problem. He was very friendly and professional. An excellent experience with DrainCom. Professional, courteous, punctual, and helpful. I had a leaking stack; not the easiest job as it was encased in a wall and quite old. Valentyn was great in patiently removing it, paying attention to details as how the removal could damage other pipes and floors. Everything was replaced. Val was always punctual and very customer service oriented. Great communication with the company about what needed to be done, and why, and what was done etc. I would definitely recommend Val and the DrainCom team. In fact, I intend to use them again for all my plumbing problems. Thanks!

I had a great experience with this company and didn't even have to have the technician come to my house!. Phil helped me troubleshoot my issue over the phone and told me to try a few things before i pay to have him come out to my place. Low and behold his troubleshooting technique work and my garbage disposal started to work again! I was also very pleasently greeted over the phone by the lady answering calls and she even followed up to see if everything worked out for me! Great customer service! Thanks

Valentyn was the first person to call me after getting on Home Stars, my first time using this website. I had a leak in a pipe in basement of my house. Val called to let me know exactly what time he would arrive, he was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He found a second leak near the first one, and fixed that as well. Would I recommend him? ABSOLUTELY! And, his price was reasonable! Would I hire him again? ABSOLUTELY! In fact, I have already talked with him about redoing the entire plumbing system at some point due to the way he worked and the way he presented himself as a professional. Not to mention he's a down-to-earth kind of guy that is honest. Not always an easy combination to find these days! I'm very pleased!
