Draincom was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to the end and did an absolutely fantastic job on our basement underpinning. We first met with Carl to get a quote and he was thorough and thoughtful and responsive to all our needs and questions. Igor and his crew who actually did the work were equally as fantastic: hard working, friendly and polite and all our neighbours also found them a pleasure to have around. Their work is impeccable and they make sure you are left with top quality workmanship. We couldn't be happier and recommend them without reservation.

I had Nazar doing a waterproofing job on my foundation wall. They come on time and did a great job in a timely manner. I would absolutely use them and recommend their service.

The crew was puncutal, professional, completed the work ahead of schedule and accommodated requests about how to leave the site. Michael 1 and Michael 2 both did a great job.

I had Nazar/Michael install the Backflow prevention valve. They had to dig down over 9 feet to access the pipe and did a great job! I was refered to Draincom by another customer/friend and would absolutely use them and recommend their service. Very hard workers and an excellent job!

We are doing a main floor renovation which required a sink and toilet replacement, as well as the removal of our kitchen sink (and some drain work) to go with our new counter tops. Val showed up right on time for the work, gave us a very reasonable quote, and seemed to do some great work while he was here. He was also very friendly, which seems to be a rare thing for many folks in the industry!

Having done my homework in order to find a really good plumber in Burlington, I found DrainCom and made an appointment. I was given a two hour window (beats having to sit around all day) and the plumber (Valentin) arrived within the time frame promised. He was able to diagnose the problems with our toilets and then replaced our kitchen faucet. He was every bit the professional; both personable and efficient! I would recommend DrainCom for your plumbing needs.

A clogged toilet turned into a plumbing disaster, flooding my second floor and sending water raining through my dining room ceiling. After two days of getting overpriced quotes, Val came by and quickly identified the problem and gave me a straightforward and inexpensive solution. Next time I have a plumbing issue I'll definitely call Draincom first.

I had water leaking below the sink cavity and within 24hrs Draincom was at my door. Serge did the assessment and noticed the sink drainer was rusty and corroded on both sides causing the water to leak out. He went to the nearest hardware store purchased the parts and completed the installation in less than half an hour. Serge explained everything in detail let absolutely no mess and provided some great tips on how to preserve my kitchen sink. There's nothing better than having a warm fuzzy feeling in your stomach knowing that the issue I had was resolved quickly, and efficiently at a very affordable price. I will definitely call Draincom for all of my plumbing issues.

I called them to quote on removing the exterior p trap connected to the main sewage line to avoid clogging and back ups triggering our back water valve. Bob was amazing from the get go....offered his advice and presented a reasonable cost to address the issue. The guys came and worked very hard all day! They were polite and answered any questions I had. We plan on having them back to help out with a few other plumbing jobs....they are reliable and honest which is a relief!

Valentyn installed a hose bib for me in a tricky, space-limited scenario. He listened closely to my concerns, identified some options, and discussed them with me in detail to arrive at the best solution. His work was careful, precise, and thorough, and he didn't leave until he identified and resolved some other smaller things that posed longer-term risk (e.g., he installed foam insulation over pipes near an uninsulated wall, pointed out copper pipe touching metal, tightened a loose faucet). I would highly recommend him and can't see any reason I would go with anyone else in future. Val's interpersonal skills are excellent, he doesn't rush his work, and ... he is very nice to look at - a great bonus! My experience with Draincom was excellent - they had to push the appointment time forward but let me know well in advance and I was able to make it work. Their office staff were friendly and accommodating.
