The level of professionalism is at the highest rate. All employees of Draincom are efficient, respectful of homeowner's property, neat, and honest. Everything that was needed to be done was done in a timely manner. I have dealt with this company while renovating quite a few properties, and will deffinitely hire them again without a doubt. DrainCom was recommended to me by my contractor while he was renovating my basement kitchen. I had a recurring water leak every spring and I wanted to make sure it was taken care of before we put in the new kitchen. The team came in and fixed the problem in one day....they checked the drain with a camera to make sure it was clear of roots, dug up the floor, put in a proper drain system and finished off by wrapping the walls in a waterproof membrane.After explaining the process to me they made sure everything was clean and all the garbage was removed. I would highly recommend this company for anyone with a basement leak!!!!

First off i would like to say that i was greatly impressed with the service and workmanship DrainCom had provided. I called DrainCom because sewage water was coming into my basement from my floor drain. I spoke to the receptionist who had send Carl to assess the situation first thing in the morning. Carl had showed up ON TIME and was very polite and very respectful of my property. Carl had showed me what the problem was and outlined how the problem could be fixed. Before any work had began i was given a detailed quote which outlined the price and work that was to take place. NO SURPRISES. DrainCom finished the job on time and left the work site spotless. DrainCom had gone above and beyond my expectations and was a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!!!

We bought house last year. Last winter basement foundation start leaking in many place. Alex and his team come done perfect job for us. They protect the working area, our landscape , fence ..... They checked our storm system make sure it not been blocked and clean. They offered reasonable price and We are very satisfy with their job. Today, the waterproofing work to fix the cracks in my house was completed. Your company did a good job.Your technician, Slava arrived within the appointed time, were polite and most importantly were exceptionally neat. This is the first time ever that I had work performed on the house and the work crew left the site exactly as they found it. I am Very glad i have chose this company.Many times sales brochures, salesmen's promises when translated into actual completion of the job is worlds apart. Draincom assessed the problem, provided a reasonable quote and sent out Vasyl and Sasha to do the repairs. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased. They were the only company that dug out the ground with shovels, rather than using a backhoe and by doing saved our landscaping. Great job!

They did very good plumbing job in my house. The price was affordable without any tricks. Next time if I need plumbers I'll call to DrainCom. And I'll recommend this company to my friends.

I purchased a commercial building with real wetness issues around the foundation . Over the last 3 years I have been addressing the issues as they have presented themselves. I have hired Draincom three times for different projects, and they have always been reliable, clean and responsive to any concerns I have had.

We bought a house in Oakville with a leaking basement. DrainCom was highly recommended by one of our friend and did a good job for the waterproofing and pipe flush and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company to our friends who need their help.

Our home's water connection was an old lead pipe which we wanted to replace (so we could request the city to replace the lead pipe in the water main on city property). We got 4 quotes, including one from the city's replacement program contractor, and Draincom definitely had the best price. Ievgenii and Anatoli showed up on time and got right to work. They had to cut and move an enormous cement block from our front walkway and did a good job of minimizing the damage that had to be done. The job took 4-5 hours without incident and they did a great job cleaning up. The front lawn looks good as new and there's a fresh patch of cement on the basement floor. I'd definitely use and recommend Draincom in the future.
