    Waterproofing Exterior Foundation

    I've never had such a difficult time and had such a disservice done. The company is very good at selling themselves on quality and customer service but the results are very different. I had the entire exterior of my house waterproofed and it was not done properly from start to finish. The delta membrane was not securely placed against the walls and only one coat of beacor was used to protect the walls. The entire job will have to be redone properly in order to ensure there are no future leaks.

    As the owner of DrainCom I am really upset that Peter is not satisfied with our service. Peter did have some concerns but I personally went to Peter’s house and spoke to him and I truly believe that the concerns he did have were solved. The company aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers and I would like to state that on this occasion the level of service you received was great. According to the written agreement the job was done correctly and in addition to that he got a full 20 year transferrable warranty. Still the owner of the property seems to be unhappy. He asked about some additional sealing of the membrane (that is not necessary). A customer satisfaction is a job well done for DrainCom. I spoke with Peter in detail and explained the situation with issue he was having, I offered him a couple options to solve the matter. I offered to do the additional sealing that he was requesting or give a 20% discount. Peter asked for the 20% off discount that I offered and seemed happy. Peter does have a 20 year warranty with our company. If at any time Peter feels he has an issue he is more than welcome to call our company and we will send someone over to have a look. DrainCom aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers.

    waterproofing foundation , sump pump, garage floor

    I had weeping tiles done and a sump pump put in.. also had my garage floor redone and drain repaired.. the work was done on time and the workers left no mess. When I had an issue or question I was listened to and the situation was taken care of. I was very pleased with the work and the workers.

    Drain Service

    These guys know what they are doing and they don't rip you off like most plumbers. They have the best drain service price in town. They even gave me tips on how to install my new shower fixtures, for free. You can't beat that.

    Waterproofing

    Eugene quoted for me over a year ago, and although I had to delay the work, I knew that I would call Draincom again when I was ready to have the work done. To say that I was pleased with the result, is an understatement. Eugene delivered a fair and detailed estimate on a Wednesday, and answered all of my questions and concerns on everything from what was lurking underneath the concrete, to paying a deposit and the warranty. He told me the job would take 3 days, but allowed for 4, just in case The crew arrived on Monday at 830, and since they were able to pour concrete right away, were finished by dinner on the Wednesday. In that time, Draincom manually excavated 23 feet, parged and sealed the foundation, applied waterproof membrane, installed weeping tile, replaced the old drainpipe, filled, compacted, poured concrete, and removed all debris. Mine and my neighbours property was always fully protected by tarps and the only time the crew asked anything of me was for power (as i don't have an outside plug) and to re-open the water line to my outside water tap. Draincom even sent someone to re-surface the concrete when I noticed that the alley cats and raccoons had left their paw prints in the wet cement. I originally had a great concern about this entire endeavor, as my house is about 100 yrs old, but Draincom truly delivered for me.

    Drain repair

    During the "free" camera inspection of my drains, Slava showed me I had roots breaking through the old tile. His team arrived the next day and worked side by side with Ikor's waterproofing team. No waiting. No disruptions. Just down to business. The guys are polite, friendly and very professional. And they take care of the details...like calling in the city inspector to insure I get the $2000 rebate for root damage. When they left I wouldn't know they had been...except now I can rest easier knowing I won't have a major drain backup. Thanks Slava!

    Waterproofing

    My basement was damp and in need of help. I called several contractors but it was Tony Mears who won the work for Draincom (over those Mike Holmes guys) by being friendly, knowledgeable and willing to discuss options accommodate the particular issues with the location of the walls to be repaired. Ikor came in with a professional courteous team who were done in no time with minimal disruptions to my life. Although no one likes surprises in this type of repair, the "free" camera inspection revealed collapsed drains. Enter Slava and his team. More on that! Thanks everyone at Draincom.

    Basement waterproofing

    I needed to do basement waterproofing for my house which was undergoing full renovations. DrainCom was a great company to work with. They were very organized and completed the project quickly. I will definitely recommend DrainCom to others!

    House repair

    I’ve been dealing with DrainCom on several occasions already. Whether it’s drain repair, basement waterproofing, or plumbing, DrainCom has the right technicians to take care of the problem. Slava and Yuriy were the technicians that we got to meet and they did the job exactly as we had asked them to. The price was great, and their service was exceptional!

    Fixing the bathroom

    We had a clogged drain problem in our bathroom and the shower would give off a really unpleasant smell every time it was used. We had a technician Igor come to give us our free estimate and right away agreed to fix it with DrainCom. They were very knowledgeable, experienced, and answered all the questions that we had. We will recommend DrainCom if anyone else we know will have a similar problem!

    Basement lowering/underpinning

    Thanks to DrainCom, the basement lowering/underpinning project that we undertook was completed without any hassle. The technicians Slava and Vasyl along with their team of workers were very efficient and reliable. We were also extremely satisfied with the cost for the project and will recommend DrainCom to others.
