Review from HomeOwner Review left on 31 Mar 2009Rating: 5 out of 5As a result of the lack of interest I’d received from other firms, I dropped off a deposit cheque in person. I wanted to see that there was actually a company equal to that proclaimed by your website - and there is. There were people in your shop, on the phone or otherwise working, and everything was clean, organized, efficient.By the way the completed job was done in a manner that I expected.+Clean+Quick+Excellent+10+ JimReview from HomeOwner HomeOwner

"Michael from Water Works was very pleasant and professional. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He assessed our situation and gave me several options. The work we chose to have done was done flawlessly and quickly. The amount they charged was reasonable and appropriate to the job. He did not try to add unnecessary service. I feel that he was honest with me and stood behind his estimate. Sharon In Richmond HillReview from HomeOwner HomeOwner
Review left on 30 Mar 2009Rating: 5 out of 5Sump pump replacement
Mississauga Ontario: Sump pump had come apart and could be repaired but it was already 7 years old, rusted and corroded. It was recommended that i replace it. I took the plumbers advice and replaced it with a new hi performance sump pump. The new one was installed rather quickly and is much quieter than the old one so i'm happy. While it cost more to replace it than repairing the old one, I agreed with Mike that it was money well spent since the old one could go out at any time if they repaired it. I didn't ant to risk my basement being flooded so it was good advice and a worthwhile investment. Mike was knowledgeable, trust worthy, and swift. Would use them again. Thank you very much. We had a problem with our hot water line in the master tub/shower. They came next day, took a little under 1 hour to complete .I just love how they had the exact part needed on the truck! Mike was polite, and quickly got to the core of the problem, solved it & was on his way. I like how he got the job done without a lot of hassle or chit-chat. Would use them again hands down. Thanks Guys! Ar.Answer from pro:

"These guys are amazing! Michael and his crew did a fantastic job! The showed up on time, gave me an estimate ($800-1440 cheaper than everyone else), were down to earth and very genuine. They worked until very late in order to get my water and sewer working again asap. That's dedication to customer service! This was a big job requiring digging maybe 10-12' below grade and these guys handled it beautifully. I will always use WaterWorks in the future and recommend them to every one I meet. Forget about calling the other guys and wasting your time. That's been my experience. Call the Water Works Plumbing people anytime. You won't be disappointed! Review left on 25 Mar 2009Rating: 4 out of 5Various Plumbing Problems
I called this plumber who services Mississauga last week and booked an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. They showed up within the specified time frame. They gave me all of the costs up front as well as the various options that I could choose from. They even did a few small repairs and adjustments that were left behind by our previous so called plumber/handyman. They tied up all the loose ends and cleaned up. They only billed me for what was done. Thank you Water Works (Michael)Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner
Review left on 23 Mar 2009Rating: 5 out of 5FOUND SOURCE OF LEAK AND REPLACED HARDWARE
I noticed that an ongoing leak from our kitchen sink was getting worse, and wasn't sure of the source. A quick look on Homestars led me to Water Works Plumbing. I called at lunchtime, and within two hours, Michael and Robert were in my kitchen troubleshooting the problem: a very leaky faucet. They had an immediate solution, and all the tools and hardware necessary to fix the problem on the spot. Within an hour and half, I had a very cool brand new kitchen faucet, and they included a built-in soap dispenser, as well! These guys were the definition of efficient. Within minutes of my initial call, I had Michael and Robert on the phone to confirm an appointment. They showed up right when they said they would (a little early, actually), and in addition to solving the leak problem, they provided some great advice and solutions to a couple of unrelated plumbing questions I had. When they were done, they were very attentive in their clean up, even taking a couple of throw rugs outside to shake them out. My wife and I are home with our newborn, and we are all very grateful and pleased with the work Michael and Robert did during this hectic time in our lives. These are the kind of folks you want in your home to fix your plumbing problems. Thanks Michael and Robert at Water works Plumbing.Answer from pro:
