    blocked toilet

    I called yesterday and they booked me for today and he showed up right on time. He gave me a few options and Michael recommended the least expensive one. \all seems to be good now and very pleased. Im glad I called these guys.

    Friendly and responsive service

    I just moved into a new condo and the bathroom tap fell right off during my first shower! I tried to replace it myself but couldn't stop the leaking. I called Waterworks after making a few calls. One place was unavailable and the other did not do condos. I was surprised by how responsive Michael and Natasha were. They were easy to reach, returned my calls promptly and kept me updated with their location throughout the day until Michael arrived. They were very upfront about their pricing and informed me of their service call fee of $39 right away. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without making me feel stupid he did an inspection of my new place, giving me tips about what to keep an eye on. I was very satisfied and paid $60 to join their protection plan (mainly for discounts on their services). I wish that all service people were as communicative and friendly as they were.

    Great ? services

    Very efficient and kind people. Well priced and great workers. Wonderful company have used them twice. I highly recommend this company. They also work on weekend and come for emergencies.

    Clogged drain and noise pipes

    Great job ! I filled out a web form to enquire about service for a clogged shower drain and noisey pipes. Natasha called me back the next day to set up an appointment. She provided a detailed explanation on their quoting process and gave me a time period when to expect Mike to arrive and he arrived on time as promised. He did a thorough job and made some recommendations to improve water flow. There was no pressure for me to fix immediately. He provided a quote to let me decide later. I will definitely use their service again and may consider using them to update my bathroom in the future. Thx ! Jody

    Washroom Sink Drain Blockage & Pipe replacement

    The drain under my washroom sink has clogged. The pipes have worn out too and needed to be changed. Samuel from Waterworks Plumbing & Drains came. He explained in detail what the work entails and completely job successfully. He was easy to talk to and he made sure that I test to make sure the issue had been resolved. He also cleaned the place and took away the old pipes. I am very satisfied with his work.

    Clogged double sinks

    This is one of the best experiences I had. Very qualified people, they found the best solution for my problems, made sure everything was by code and worked exactly how it was supposed to. Worked very hard (Saturday and Sunday), were on time, called before and after to make sure the job is completed and we are fully satisfied. I don’t have enough words to thank them for such good quality work.

    Inspection for Rental

    I had tenants moving out and needed all the water sources and appliances inspected to ensure they were in good working order for the new tenants moving in. Michael went through each area of the unit, checking to make sure there were no leaks or clogs. He didn't find any serious issues and only needed to replace a tub stopper. I have called Water Works on several occasions and I am very happy with the excellent service Michael and Water Works provides. Michael always has some great advice and tips and I'm so grateful to have found such a great company that I can trust. Thank you to Natasha as well, for scheduling, calling ahead and for the follow up!

    Outdoor tap

    Needed plumber to fix leaky outdoor tap. Called and they were available to come quickly. They gave a arrival window time and came in that window with a call beforehand to confirm. Work was done well and quickly and plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will use their service again.

    Install waterline in back yard

    Michael installed a water line in our backyard as irrigation for our new vegetable garden. He did (as always) a remarkable job. It required a lot of work but it was all done swiftly and with great care. Even the tap is gorgeous!! So so grateful!

    Shower valve replacement

    The shower cartridge in my guest washroom wouldn’t budge and the screw had broken off. Sam came over and said the shower valve needed to be replaced and there was only access from the front. He replaced the valve with very little mess and more importantly no leaks. He was great to deal with and would recommend this company to anyone.
