Ceiling Leaks
We had a couple of leaks in our ceilings which we called WaterWorks to investigate. Michael arrived and promptly identified the problems. A valve needed replacing in our mechanical room, plus the doorsweep on the shower door was inadequate. Michael returned with the necessary parts and fixed our problems. Both Michael and Natasha in the office were very professional and courteous - work was completed promptly and on schedule.

plumbing services
When me and my husband left our home for a long vacation , we found a problem with our water pipes when we came back. My daughter recommended this company. Mark was sent to fix the problem. He was efficient and very nice . He worked with enthusiasm and came next day just on time . Although we found it costed us a lot but we are happy with the results .

Replacing water meter
Michael was very professional in his work ethic and easily completed the task of replacing our water meter. He was transparent about the pricing. He arrived right on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. He also ensured his availability to assist with any follow-up or future issues. Would definitely recommend!

Toilet repair
I had called my building management office left message not Hurd back yet and work has been already done. Michael was very nice and professional fixed the problem in no time and now I'm good to go Thanks Michael.

Leaky drain pipe in stack.
Michael discusses the problem with me and was able to find the leak rather quickly. He did not have the replacement part on the truck but that was because it was a less frequently required item. He contacted the shop and confirmed when he would have the parts available. We made a follow up appointment before he left. Michael came as scheduled and completed the repair in a timely fashion. We ran water through the repair and there no leaks. Mission accomplished quickly and neatly.

Installed pressure reducing valve and expansion tank
Excellent experience! While on site doing a few others jobs for us, Marc noticed that our water pressure seemed incredibly high. He measured it to confirm. He explained how this could damage our appliances and cause other problems down the road. He provided a quote for a pressure reducing valve and expansion tank on the spot, and I was able to book him to return the very next day. He installed the valve and tank, explained how they worked and how we should check the tank yearly. We were grateful to get this work done before we moved into our new home. Thank you, Marc!

Toilet tank replacement of parts
The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered many options for the repair. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Checked hot water tank and adjusted the temperature
Michael Yuffa attended at my residence. He was punctual, professional and extremely honest with respect to what had to be done. I would highly recommend him and was very happy with his service.

Dishwasher Installed
Michael did a tricky wire job and was quick with installing the dishwasher, and was helpful with plumbing questions and was also on time and prompt - I do recommend Waterworks!

Washroom remodel, including new vanity, fixtures and toilet.
Mike initially completed the work promptly and professionally. We asked him to return to make some minor adjustments which he was glad to do. Mike was polite and took pride in his work. Overall, we are very happy with the results.
