    Change tub spout

    Their service and workmanship was excellent Aaron P sent an email that their visit charge will be $39.00 plus tax Plumber put the tape instead of putting the ring as a washer to repair my spout. After he said it will still leak. He replaced his spout It cost us $277.78 labor and tax and $20.00 senior discount

    Leaking kitchen sink fixed promptly and well

    My kitchen sink was leaking where two drain sections weren't properly secured together. I called up WaterWorks, got an appointment for the next day, Michael (the owner) showed up promptly as scheduled, and he redid the entire under-sink drain piping so that not only was it not leaking but the sinks drained much better than before and the piping was better done. That was several weeks ago and I've been enjoying a trouble-free kitchen sink ever since. The whole experience was very pleasant; Michael explained what he proposed to do and why (and what it would cost), and then afterwards pointed out what was what under the sink, he thoroughly tested his work before leaving, and he left the whole place neat, with no cleanup work for me to do.

    Water Works built us a brand new gorgeous shower including demolition drywall tiling faucet grab bar shower curtain rod

    We've been working with water works for over a year now and they've done a few projects for us.rhe latest was a complete shower stall rebuild that they took care of every thing including installing our hardware light fixtures etc.Were very pleased.Michael was excellent to work with.he goes the extra mile and then some

    faucet replacement

    First faucet replacement turned out to have a manufacturer defect. Quick phone call and a replacement was sent -- bad luck again with the 2nd one so another quick phone call and the owner (Michael) from Water Works comes out personally and immediately to make sure this last replacement faucet was going to be fine. Quick and reliable service !

    Sump pump replacement

    We had been having issues with our sump pump for a couple of months now with inconsistent operations. Aaron P was the specialist from waterworks came to the house for the service. We are extremely satisfied with the service. Aaron was very professional, demonstrated excellent knowledge, and was helpful. He clearly communicated the factors that may be causing the issues with our existing sump pump and he took the time to explain the different type of pumps. He was likely the friendliest service specialist that we have ever worked with and we would highly recommend water works and in particular Aaron. We will definitely use waterworks and Aaron again.

    Broken Sewer Line

    We called WaterWorks after noticing water in the basement, Michael came right away and found out the issue is on the city side. But the City is very obstinate to admit the problem is theirs. Michael came back the second time, on a Sunday, and investigate the problem further, all free of charge and helped us to convince the City to send a crew in to fix the problem. Michael also followed up with us to make sure City will be fixing the problem. We are very impressed with Michael’s professionalism and we are more than happy to recommend WaterWorks Plumbing to everyone.

    Leak under kitchen sink

    I called this company after I saw a truck at a friend's place for a leak under my kitchen sink. I was given an appt of 8-12 and at 8:30 get a message that the technician is ill and cant come. I understand that this can happen. I then got a call from Mike saying he will be there after noon to look at it. Unfortunately Mike was not able to find the source of the leak so that was a bit disappointing. My original review was written immediately after Mike left my home so I was a bit angry but all in all they were fair.

    Main floor toilet leaking into basement

    Aaron arrived on time, explained why the toilet was leaking, explained exactly what he would do to fix it & the cost. I was impressed with his polite manner. After he fixed the main floor he offered to check all taps & toilets in the house at no cost since he was here. Definitely happy to get a Saturday appointment as well.

    Plumbing work- toilet and water tank

    We read the reviews for this company and asked for a quote. The gentleman was incredibly friendly and informative. We went forward with the work and it was done quickly and efficiently and the tank was delivered that day and next morning work was complete. I asked to watch the work and he was very welcoming and informative with what he was doing and we had a good conversation. I've had other contractors who seem uncomfortable or have asked members of my household to go inside and let them work. Can you believe such a thing even happens? Not with these guys.

    Water Hammer

    First thing this morning we received an email reminder to say the Plumber was on his way, followed by a phone call from the plumber himself to check we were in. Michael was quick to locate the cause of the water hammer it was the shower in the ensuite. Unfortunately this now requires access through the wall to repair it. He will be back to me in 2 days or sooner with a full quote. I will update this review after that work is done however so far very impressed with the service provided.
