Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. Chris's quote was competitive and he never tried to sell me on additional and unnecessary work. The work was done very promptly and the workers were very hard working and courteous. They took the time to answer my questions and did an excellent job cleaning up the job site. I have already recommended this company to several friends.

After being taken by another waterproofing company, I had to redo the entire job. Chris was professional, responded to all my questions, addressed all my concerns and provided a report I can use to go after the previous company. The work was done efficiently and the workers cleaned up the site very nicely.

City Wide was professional and efficient with the waterproofing of our basement. Halfway through the job, an unforeseen problem came up but we were quickly given alternative solutions and we were happy with the end result.

We found them to be meticulous. They were punctual, hard working, considerate, and seemed to take pride in their work. When they finished, they cleaned everything up -- the site (including the deck) was left spotless. We would recommend them without hesitation.

My home is now over 30 years old, so I had the dreaded "hope it doesn't leak during the Spring Thaw" feelings...unfortunately those feelings came true. Luckily (if there is a "luckily" to draw from here), I removed the old, dilapidated deck from the backyard and the basement walls were also down so I could see where the water infiltration came from. I'm more of a "do it once, do it right" kind of home owner, so I had a few estimates come in. One company suggested doing just one little part of the wall, but I figured to get the whole wall done. One reputable company came in and gave a fair quote, but when I met Alex from City Wide, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Alex gave me a quote that was a bit more expensive than the other reputable company, so I asked him if there was anything he could do; he in fact did a lot more than I could have hoped for...he matched the price. Alex explained to me the materials they were using, the lifetime warranty that was transferable, and he slotted me in for a date I could work with (after I got my basement windows replaced). He even made sure he gave me his (in his words) "best crew" and ate the cost of having an HVAC guy come in to disassemble my A/C unit so the guys could do the work properly. Well date of install came and unfortunately it landed on the hottest day of the year. There was even an extended heat warning...I wasn't expecting them to do much but much to my surprise the backbreaking, crazy hard work of digging out the dirt was 3/4 completed. They even came in to work the next day when it was just as hot and humid. Much kudos to the crew! Alex estimated a four day job, but due to unforeseen circumstances it turned into a bit more than that. But I wasn't mad! This is work I could never imagine doing myself, extra work was thrown in for free (ex. parging a hole in my rear wall), and Alex is a great person to work with that always makes sure his customer is happy (at least that's how he treated me). I'm hoping it stays dry this coming up spring time (based on the work I saw, I think it will). I also hope I never have to waterproof my other walls, but if I do and if anyone asked me for a recommendation as to where to go, I would not hesitate to refer them to City Wide!

In response to this complaint Harry came out sent his Plumber a very nice guy who determined that the drains had not been installed properly. I give Harry credit for sending someone with this kind of integrity. the drains were redone and it looks good. I think Harry took the problem very seriously and was concerned to make it right which I appreciate very much. thanks Citywide. In May 2013 I had Citywide waterproof the entire south side of my house. At the time I pointed out to the owner after that there was moisture in the wall he had waterproofed . I was concerned because we were about to completely redo the basement including mold removal as a result of the water damage and did not want to proceed without knowing this had been done properly. He assured me the job had been done properly though they completed the job in two days without ever running the water for 24 hours to test the wall. It is now three years later and we have water leaking into the basement in the area he claimed to have waterproofed. Having finished and now having water damage in a brand new basement is upsetting in the extreme

Guys done everything they said they would and in time given. T came first and made sure we knew how this project would run and was true to his word. The workers came and done all that T said and after all complete he again should up to make sure we are happy with there work. Good Work guys

A pipe burst underground in my yard and I contracted City Wide Group to come waterproof my basement. After the clean up and everything, it looked as though they had never been there. Now my basement is dry and I'm not worried about future problems. They were efficient and professional and did a quality job! I highly recommend them!

I was impressed by the professionalism of Alex Vieira, the waterer proofing consultant. He explained everything to us in detail and made us understand the options. I will recommend Alex to my friends and family.

Last year in Spring our basement flooded, caused a lot of damage and we worried about our foundation. Chris walked us through the process, explained everything and this year despite a record snow fall in April and rapid change in temperature we are dry. Luckily no damage was ever down to our foundation.
