We must start off by saying that there are not enough stars above to rate City Wide Waterproofing. We would give them 100 stars if we could! Our 25 year home basically had a river flowing generously underneath. We contacted City Wide and spoke to the Owner, Harry, to come and give us a quote. We also contacted 2 other companies. From the moment we met Harry (the Owner), we felt extremely comfortable in the fact that he knew what he was talking about, had a wealth of experience, was down to earth, reasonable (and wouldnt rip us off). Harry assured us he would correct the problem the way it should be done, and guarantee it for life (fully transferrable). He has that confidence for a reason! After meeting with the other companies, we went with our gut feeling and hired City Wide.This extremely professional company goes the extra mile to get the job done correctly from the Owner, to the Site Supervisor - Andry, and to each and every hard working laborer. This crew is outstanding from the top to the bottom! When they showed up to start the project, they even carefully removed all our trees and flowers and placed them aside for us to put back in. We expected to lose them due to the fact that we never got the chance to remove them. They do not stop! They are relentless. Andry is an exceptional site supervisor. He insisted that they would do everything, because that was what we were paying for! Andry went above and beyond our expectations all the way through this very difficult job (very labor intensive, with many problems). The laborers were work horses  so fast, and we dont know how they do it. Andry, the Site Supervisor gets right in there with them all  WHAT A TEAM FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!We would highly recommend hiring City Wide to everyone! THEY ARE OUTSTANDING! We are so pleased with the end result. The experience was worth every cent and more, just for the peace of mind alone that our house is not going to float away!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT CITYWIDE! The work was professionally and on time. The Customer Rep was friendly and knowledgeable and kept in touch with us while the work was being done and reviewed with us what they found after the work was done. The workers were polite and knew their job.

We needed to have our property waterproofed after an extension was added to the house. The team (two gentlemen) that came were exceptional! They were very informative, spoke with my husband whenever they found an obstacle and or needed to advise us of what was going on. They also discovered incomplete work that our original contractor has said was completed. They were courteous and respectful of our property, cleaned up every day and literally left things exactly how they were when they started. I have never been more impressed and I have had tons of people working on my property over the last couple of months.

Friendly estimate. Good work but seemed rushed. Numerous workers that finished the job in one day. Crew delayed in cleaning up completely, it took about two weeks and I had to call to get it done.

Last Sunday we discovered that our basement was flooding due to a blocked drain in our window well. We called City Wide and Chris Cavan was at our house within a short time looking at the problem and offering a solution. He told us that he could have a crew out the next morning to start with the project of repairing the drainage. The next morning they arrived at 9 am and worked throughout the day in incredibly cold conditions (it was around -12 degrees). I was impressed at the professionalism and reliability displayed by Mr. Caven and his crew. He also recommended a clean up crew for my basement and they also proved to be reliable and efficient. I would strongly recommend City Wide for your repairs.

I had installed a sump pump in March 2013 and in the last couple of years I have had a few small issues due to weather conditions and each and every time I call them they are there within hours to help and assist with any issues, hassle free and fee free. I would rate this company a 10 star. If all companies had the same high standards and excellent service standards every home owner would be on cloud nine.

I highly recommend City Wide for this work. This work required digging around my entire home to waterproof it. The workmen were diligent, efficient, extremely hard working and cleaned up the area as they worked. I had many positive comments from neighbours observing their job. Chris has assembled a group of highly competent workmen and I appreciate their service. They also completely redid my backyard patio. It was expertly done and the result are beautiful. I highly recommend this company and am completely satisfied with all of their services.

When we began the planning for our basement renovation, we knew that the most important contractor we would hire was the underpinner. We were so incredibly impressed with Mark & Jacob as the team who completed this work for us. They were always on time, they communicated every aspect of the project to us and they left the sight in immaculate condition every single day. Their work is almost surgical in its precision. Very professional company and I would highly recommend them to others.

The work was timely.workers were very efficient and polite and left everything in order after completion.The overall experience from office staff, managers,supervisors and all was excellent.I would not hesitate to recommend or use the company again.

Chris at City Wide was great to work with. After going through a full-scale house renovations and working with a number contractors (some of which I have burned their business cards) it was refreshing to work with a team that was professional and completed the work exactly as they said they would. I would recommend Chris and his team of Karl Jr and Karel Sr to anyone looking for Basement Waterproofing and Under-pinning. This component of the renovations is probably the most important and they helped me sleep at night knowing the job's being done right. ~Rene
