    Underpinning

    Jeff and the City Wide Group were fantastic from beginning to end. I called City Wide because of their excellent reputation in the industry. Jeff was very knowledgeable when going over the work that needed to be done. He explained the differences that some contractors neglect which ended up making the job cost more in the long run. The quote was prepared shortly after the visit and was explained in detail. The whole process made the decision to go with City Wide very easy. I would recommend anyone looking to have underpinning done seriously consider these guys. Renovations can be a nightmare, my experience was far from that!

    Basement Waterproofing

    City Wide Group completed exterior waterproofing around my entire house. They did an amazing job and have not had any problems ever since!

    Exterior Foundation Waterproofing

    I am writing you to convey my gratitude and for the waterproofing job done by the City Wide Group. Your entire team did an outstanding job of waterproofing the exterior foundation wall. From waterproofing consultant Casey O’Rourke to your entire team of very professional field workers, you delivered a lasting repair that I am very appreciative of. Throughout the project Casey was very responsive to any issues that arose. On my initial contact with him I informed him I would be seeking at least one other estimate. I was so impressed by his presentation, that half way through it, I decide not to seek any other estimates. I particularly impressed with the detailed check list of the services Casey promised and delivered as part of the installation. I would not hesitate to use your services in the future and provide the highest of recommendations.

    basement refurbishing

    Had to tear up concrete because of significant soil erosion and sewer leakage. They did a fantastic job of not only taking up but removing all materials, and did a great job of re pouring the floor. Communication was very quick, and they kept their appointment times faithfully. Overall, excellent work, and very professional throughout.

    Basement Waterproofing

    I recently had some flooding in the basement of my first home that I've owned. I contacted City Wide Group after doing a google search, explained to them my issue and stressed my concerns as this was my first home. They were able to send people immediately to assess the damage. They were extremely professional and quite comforting considering my situation. They were able to fully waterproof my basement shortly thereafter, and also installed a back water valve at a very reasonable cost. Because of the great work, I have recommended to a colleague who was also looking for some work to be done.

    Water proofing

    I was recommended by a friend. The city wife group was very professional and did the job in a timely matter. They very not only friendly, but helpful deciding the best plan of action for my needs. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

    interior waterproofing, concrete floor, beam work

    Chris and his team once again delivered a high quality product. I used them on a interior waterproofing, concrete floor and structural beam project which was flawlessly executed. This is the 3rd time I have used his company and have also referred CityWide to 3 other friends who were also satisfied. Some previous projects included exterior waterproofing. His crew is professional and hard working. All of my concerns were addressed in a prompt and professional manner. Chris is very good at working with you as issues arise. I would use them again with no hesitation.
