Took a month to do two days work with my yard a giant mud hole the whole time. Then left all the equipment in my yard for two weeks so i couldn't landscape before winter. Never responded to pleas to clean up. Look elsewhere.

I am extremely satisfied with this Company. Tony answered my email within the first day then did a thorough inspection of the leaking basement. He offered various choices for a partial fix or having the whole basement waterproofed. I went with the latter. The four workers that came worked continuously. They were polite and gave me choices as to which shrubs should be kept verses the ones to be removed. After the work was completed, they cleaned the site thoroughly and actually relayed the bricks better than it was previously. I have rarely seen such professionalism amongst construction workers.

What happens if there is an issue with the job? City Wide came back and redid the complete job to the meet the specific details of the contract. It required digging down to the footings to repair the crack in the foundation. I was totally impressed with their efforts to provide complete customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them!

About two weeks after closing the deal on my home, I discovered a crack in the foundation which allowed water to leak into the basement whenever it rained or snow melted. I contacted City Wide for a free quote. Tony came to my home and provided an onsite quote. He was very professional, did a thorough inspection of the area and took measurements and explained everything to me. I also contacted two additional companies but decided to go with City Wide Group as Tony was very professional and thorough and I was most comfortable with him. The repair was done by Carl and Carl (Father and Son team). They were very professional, they arrived on time, showed me stages as the job was being done so I could take pictures and completed the job in 1 day!!. I could not have asked for a better team. City Wide Group was hired to fix a crack in our house foundation wall which allowed water to enter our basement. Their Project Manager, Foundation Specialist Alex provided an on-site quote. He was very courteous and explained in detail what they would do to fix the crack. Alex has high integrity and professionalism. He takes pride and responsibility in his work and treats the customer nicely. When the job went ahead, two guys dug the hole and performed the repairs in about 5 hours. Alex returned another day to collect payment and to give us the Certificate of Guarantee. If ever needed again I would hire City Wide Group.
