We had noticed a leak for many months in our finished basement. When summer can we were able to dig down slightly to find a crack in our foundation. Researching for help, we came upon City Wide group with the 2019 Consumer Award Stamp on a mailer that arrived at our place. We scheduled an appointment and met Alex. When he came to our house to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable , professional and courteous through this difficult Covid Pandemic. His team was punctual, dug down to the footings, repaired the foundation and cleaned up after themselves. Nice Job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone with any problems with basement leaks.

As a property developer in the Toronto area, i have been working with City group inc for over 25 years. All the work that was undertaken by Harry is still working 100%. Never had any complaints. I will always recommend City Group.

I had a few foundation cracks in my unfinished basement (some were visible inside and outside) and Alex came out to take a look. He provided amazing customer service. I had other companies come out and try to sell me every product they possibly could just to take my money. However, Alex made me feel very comfortable and was extremely honest. He told me that the area of the crack was not a concern as it was located in the mechanical room area - I just had to monitor it for now and fix the crack (as it was not leaking) when I decided to finish the basement. The other cracks that were only visible from the outside, were settlement cracks at a corner and were just cosmetic. I definitely recommend Alex / the company for your foundation needs.

I was very impressed with Alex the first time I met him when he came to inspect my property to discuss the work. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. His crew arrived Saturday and again on Monday. They finished the job and were very professional. I have no complaints with the City Wide crew. I was so glad that I went with City Wide and even more pleased with Alex. A true asset to the company.

Alex, from City Wide Group was recommended for my waterproofing needs. I had rain water entering my cold room. Alex came in and did a thorough investigation of the issue and some additional tracing using infrared imaging to locate moisture areas in my basement. Alex then explained the options I could chose from. His crew was punctual and efficient. They excavated down to the footing by hand and replace the weeping tiles and waterproofed the exterior wall per the plan. The crew was very professional and tidy. They did and excellent job backfilling and re-doing the interlock. Alex came on site each day to supervise and check that the work was performed per the contract. He was also very patient with me and answered all questions I had. I am satisfied with the work performed and would highly recommend City Wide Group to my network and anyone checking out reviews on this website. I am thankful my relative recommended Alex for the job. Thanks so much Alex!

The crew were amazing, hard working and always showed up on time. The job was completed in less amount of time predicted. Excavating was all done by hand which was amazing to watch their skill. Once the job was completed, they cleaned the surrounding area and left it in pristine conditions. There were no complaints from our neighbours! Alex was an absolute pleasure and was always available should we have any questions but there were none as the job was completed as planned. I highly recommend The Citywide Group Inc.! This company and the people that run it are truly amazing!! Incredibly knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Very efficient and on time with scheduling. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
