    Deck and Fence Stain

    We hired University First Class Painters to work on our deck and fence project this spring. We were extremely satisfied with the work and finished results. Daniel came to do the quote, work and follow up and we couldn't have asked for better quality and service. As with any project that me and my husband have - there are hiccups and Daniel knew how to handle them all and did so with the utmost professionalism. We would recommend Daniel to anyone for the projects around the house you may be looking to hire for!

    Painting of Second Floor

    Daniel Z. was extremely friendly and helpful. I had him paint my second floor, and the work was extremely well done. Absolutely zero mess left behind, and both Daniel and his helper were very professional. He even went as far as fixing some peeling paint that he noticed, on a corner that I had started a while ago. Would definitely use again, and have already recommended to many friends.

    Painted main living area and kitchen

    I am very happy with the work Shaun Niven's crew did! They changed our interior wall color from a burgundy to a pale blue. They were efficient and their work was well executed. We are very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone needing painters.

    Touch up painting on garage and inside stairwell.

    I contact this company and a friendly and personable young man responded to my request in a prompt manner. We arranged a mutual time for him to come to my home and provide a quote which was very reasonable. The work began within a week and was completed by competent workers who were courteous and took care in protecting and caring for the surrounding environment. I was pleased with the efficiency, neatness and tidiness of the finished product. I would highly recommend Patrick and his company for any painting work that you require.

    Painted Outside of house

    Great experience overall. Great service from Samuel. He made sure everything went smoothly and that I was happy with the results at intervals during the process. He came back after the project was completed to ensure that we were satisfied.

    House painting

    Michael and his crew did a good job. Courteous, friendly and hard working. They power washed and then painted soffits and facia boards all around. Most of this was ladder work which I didn't want to do. thanks

    House exterior, deck and fence

    We had efficient, effective service and excellent pricing. Painters followed up with us after the job to ensure that we were happy with the work, and to do touch-ups where they saw deficiencies.

    Garage and front exterior door

    Carter and another female student did an excellent job on my garage door and exterior front door. I went with a dark green to match my trim and the results were awesome. Would recommend Carter for this type of job to all.

    Paint Exterior Residence - 2-storey

    Some minor issues but overall satisfied with the work performed. Samuel is a hard working, ambitious, driven individual. Lessons learned by both the contractor and the client. Would hire again in the future.

    Fence and deck painting

    We very much appreciated the service, work and care that University First Class Painters did in painting the fence and deck. The fence surrounds a corner house and is covered with many perennials and shrubs. The painters were able to take good care of their work and our property. The deck is part of a wrap around verandah and they were able to help us select a colour that compliments our Arts & Craft home. The work was not easy and we were impressed with the patience and professionalism. They were meticulous. Our house and yard look revived and new!
