Desi's Roofing Burlington reviews (40)

I did a fair bit of research on roofing companies in the area and had a number of quotes from different companies. Desi's came in somewhere in the middle of the price range. Overall I was happy with the product as well as the quality of the work performed. They did not cleanup as well as I would have liked and the guys did leave tons of cigarette buts all over the place, which I could have done without. I am giving them 4 stars because of that.

We had our roof reshingled and the company came on time to do the job. They kept a clean and tidy work site and worked very efficiently. We had no issues with the work that was done and our roof looks nice.

This is the second time we have had a new roof put on by Desi's Roofing and are still very happy with their work. They arrive on time, very competetive in price, and very cordial. We have a skylight so it was very important to find a company that would do the roof properly so that there would be no leaks. Desi's has done this each time.

Kip form Desi's came over a couple of hours after contacting his office. Thoroughly inspected the work, and agreed to the repair. Showed up on the day and time and completed the work professionally. The roof is waterproof now, looks great and no mess for me to clean up. I highly recommend Desi's. My only regret is that I didn't learn about Desi's sooner and used a roofer recommended by a developer on the street. What was I thinking!?

It took a bit as we had a week of bad weather that put them behind. The crew came in and ripped off the old shingles and installed new. Some damage to surrounding tree's and my patio awning. They left shingle cutoffs inside the garage eavestrough. Had billing discrepancies from the original quote (that was fixed when I complained). Roof didn't get registered with GAF. But it does look good and it doesn't leak.

From the original quote ,to the installation process and clean up,everyone involved was curtious and professional. The cost of the project was very competetive with the other contractors, but what sold me was the cost to upgrade my shingles was minimal compared to the other roofers. Highly recommend this contractor.

Desi's is a very reputible business and did a good job on the roof. They were quick and cleaned up the mess around house. We had a leak after the roof was done and the owner came out several times inspecting and searching for the leak. After a few rain storms and visits he finally found it and completed the repair and everything has been great. They were very good about the leak and came out right away when i called. I would recommend them

Saw this company had a few projects in my neighborhood, and hired they to provide an estimated for replacing my roof. Their price is seasonal and also the services are good. They spent three days to complete my roof during the summer, the job is well done, I'm quite happy with it.

My new roof was installed in September 2010 (including removal of 2 layers of old shingles). The price was great compared to the other quotes I obtained, for better quality shingles. This representative was the only one who talked about steel parts, as opposed to aluminum which is easily peeled back by raccoons. The job was done on time, in a day, and the area was totally clean.

I recently found a major leak from our roof source unknown. I contacted Desiis and they came within 2 days,gave me an estimate. I told them I had 2 weddings coming up in June and needed roof asap. The next day they were on the roof working. They did a great job with,great service.
