I shopped around a few hardwood flooring place but found that the Hardwood Flooring Store had the best selection and made me feel the most comfortable with my purchase. I bought beautiful maple floors for my house and The Hardwood Flooring Store even worked out an installation rate 50% less than the big box stores charge. I am very please with the products and services I bought!

This was our fourth time using this company and their product and installation have been exceptional. The installers, Vitaly and Andrew, were prompt, polite, respectful and did a meticulous job. When they left, the floors were mopped clean and our heavy furniture put back correctly. They really did aim to please!

Richard Barclay the sales rep was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The installers Andrew and Vitaly did an amzazing job. They arrived on time each day, completed the job on time and the workmanship was wonderful. They laid harwood on the main level and upstairs hall and bedrooms. They did a beautiful job. All the cuts are precise and it looks wonderful. I am extremely happy with the work that they did. They also cleaned up after they left each day. Plus, I had also paid extra for them to move furniture. As it turns out there was not as much furniture to move as they originally expected so when the job was completed and I handed them the money, they gave me some money back and said it's because they didn't have to move as much furniture as originally expected . Amazing! most people would have taken the money and left without saying a word. I would definetly recommend this company to anyone!!

3rd time I have used this company. very fair. very prompt. Nick very knowledgeable and helpful. Installer Henryk very fussy which is such a bonus. Henryk very respectful and conscientious of your home and it shows with his excellent workmanship. Very pleased :)

We recently purchased and installed hardwood on our 2nd floor from the Markham store. I would highly recommend Richard Barclay. He is very knowledgeable on their products and friendly. He helped us choose the right wood (species, color and finish according to our budget) and kept all his words. He provided excellent service even after the sale. Vitaliy and Andrew were our installers. They were professional and efficient. I could not be happier with the floor they installed. They finished the work in one and a half days and cleaned up afterward. Overall, the price was fair and services were awesome.

I recently purchased hardwood from this store and had them installed last Friday. I dealt with Richard Barclay at the store. Richard is a likable guy who is knowledgeable and provided great service. I spoke with him multiple times in person and over the phone, as I had many questions, and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction in a friendly manner. I would definitely recommend dealing with Richard at the store. The installers were Vitaly, Andrew and a third man, and they came to my house on time. They were scheduled for two days to pull out the existing carpet and install the hardwood in four rooms. They were professional and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to see how diligent and efficient they were in their work. They arrived at 9:30 in the morning and completed their work by 6:00pm. They cleaned up after themselves and left the rooms clean and shiny with my new hardwood. I definitely recommend these guys for your hardwood flooring needs.

I recently had Preverco oak hardwood floors installed throughout the main floor of my house. I was delighted by the quality, the beauty and the service, both from the sales staff and from the superb installation team they recommended. I love the floors and get tons of compliments. I was especially grateful to Richard Barclay who handled my account and went well beyond the call of duty to accommodate me for unforseen pre-installation problems and in rescheduling issues. I highly recommend this store.

We had been recommneded by friends to check out The Hardwood Flooring Store for their selection of flooring for an upcoming project. We spoke with Darren on the first visit but then with Richard for all other inquiries, and they were both very pleasant and helpful. We selected our floor and paid our deposit for materials. The delivery and install went without a hitch. Vital's crew were careful not to ding the walls and the only paint touchup's I had to do after were on the baseboard. We had our railing removed and reinstalled for the nosing and they stained the oak to match our floor perfectly. We have had a lot of comments on the floor and have recommended the installers to others as they were efficient, clean and fast! Would recmommend and can provide photos for anyone who wants them.

We met with Richard Barclay at the Vic Park Ave store to discuss flooring for our home . Richard was knowledgable about his products and was able to answer all our questions and educate us on the different wood strengths and weaknesses . There was no pressure and we were able to leave the store with lots of information to make our decision. The installers Vitali & Andrew arrived puctually every day and did a superb job . They were real craftsmen , completed our house when the said they would and were able togive us help & advice re baseboards which they also installed for us.. The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure ..it isn't often in this day & age you are able to say that.
