    Barbecue clean and refurbish

I'm very happy with my decision to have my bbqs cleaned. They were destined for the landfill but have had new life breathed into them. The guys who cleaned my barbecues did an amazing job. They were in pretty rough shape and now they look almost new again. They were very professional and gave me helpful advice. Can't wait to start cooking on them again.

    Answer from pro:

Thanks for the awesome comments Brewtending! We're always happy to save BBQ's from the landfill. See you at your next appointment.

    BBQ Cleaning

We found BBQ Pro on Homestars. Booking the appointment was easy. Floyd was our technician and he did an amazing job. We wernt home for the appointment either. Make sure that they have access to a power outlet and a water source. Everything was seamless. Very happy. Thank you.

    Answer from pro:

Thanks for your kind words Hodgy! We will let Floyd know he did an amazing job, see you next time!

    Cleaned Weber Barbeque

Wow! These guys are good, the barbecue looks like new. After sale service even better, they offered to come back a second time free of charge to replace the regulator and hose, I just had to pay for the part.

    Answer from pro:

Thank you Alex! It was our pleasure, we look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.

    BBQ cleaning

Work was scheduled for the morning but technician did not show up until late afternoon. The cleaning was not up to my expectations. Things on the deck were not put back in place as they should have been. Disappointed with the results, especially for the price charged. Will not use again.

    Answer from pro:

Thank you for taking the time to review Barbeque Pro Inc. Although the review came to us six weeks post cleaning we take this extremely seriously and we have dealt with the specific technician so this will certainly not happen again.

    Barbecue cleaning and repair

Excellent service and response! They did a full cleaning and repair of my barbecue and restored it to perfect - almost new, at far less cost than a new grill. They provided a quote based on photos I sent, came when scheduled, were polite and cleaned up beautifully, and did exactly as they promised, for the quoted amount. We are delighted with their service and recommend them very highly. Special thanks to Jon for being so responsive and customer-focused.

    Answer from pro:

Thanks so much for your kind words! We're thrilled you were impressed with our service. We look forward to seeing you next summer!

    Bbq cleaning

BBQ Pro arrived at the specified time. We didn't have to be home. Did a great cleaning job and tidied up after themselves. It was a shame to bbq on the shiny grills.

    Answer from pro:

Thanks Liliana! We look forward to seeing you next time. Happy grilling!
