One cable snapped and my garage door wouldn't close. Called Markham Garage Doors at 8AM, left a VM. Call was returned in 10 minutes and a technician was sent to my house. Technician arrived at 10AM and fixed the door, changed both cables, cleaned the grease I put on the mechanism, all in 1 hour. Door was fixed at 11AM. That's what I call professionalism, promptness, work quality. Would probably buy a new door from them soon, my door is running out of curb appeal.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday night. I called Markham Garage Door the next Monday morning (9:00) hoping to have someone come during the week. To my surprise I was able to have a technician come for 11 :00 the same day. The technician was here at 10:30! He clearly explain that the repair was the best option for now and never pushed for a new garage door. He was friendly and very professional. These gents were fabulous. I found them on Homestars - sent an email and had a response in an hour or so. They had a technician out to our place same day. He was ok with a crazy puppy and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Ryan came by, accessed our situation and made some suggestion. First, he's not pushy at all, and won't sell you something you don't want or need. He's patient, pleasant and professional. He really took the time to provide us a solution that best suited our needs and our budget. The door arrived earlier than originally quoted which was great, and he actually showed up a week early to do the install as well. The install went smooth and we couldn't be happier.
