    Home cleaning

    As a final preparation to putting my house for sale I hired new century maids to do a thorough cleaning. The cleaners, Susan and Tasha, worked efficiently. They did a very thorough job and left my house spotless. Both were friendly people who made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend this company and yeah, my house is finally ready for showing.

    Deep clean

    First time using this company. Everyone from office to the cleaning ladies were professional & very friendly. Would highly recommend....very happy with New Century Maids.

    Consistent and quality

    Ive used New Century maids for a couple years and they always deliver consistent and quality cleaning. Their staff is friendly and detailed.

    Deep clean requested

    Windows & blinds, and floors were important to have clean. Paid $100 for windows extra. Light fixtures not cleaned. Floors were streaky

    Deep clean

    Arrived on time; pleasant introductions; excellent work including attention to detail and they took more time than the scheduled 2 hours.

    deep house cleaning

    I wasn't impressed. The cleaning wasn't very deep. The floors were definitely not clean and they had to come back and complete it and a few other things. After the deep clean, they gave me a quote for a regular clean but when I tried to book it a couple of days later, they had raised the price by 25%. Unprofessional, so I cancelled instead.

We are sorry that the crew had missed some areas but they did go back and fix the areas - no cost to you - that is our 24 hour guarantee for all cleanings. A to the price for recurred cleanings it clearly states in our estimates when sent that the cleaning crew assesses the home at the deep cleaning and informs the office and that the estimate price may change. The crew informed us that you have dogs that shed a lot and there would be more work. All information is clearly stated in all of our correspondence. We wish you all the best.

    Home Cleaning Service

    Hired NCM for a one time cleaning service and was very pleased with the results. They were very thorough and did an excellent job. We will be considering hiring their crew for regular cleaning service!
