    House cleaning

    Carolyn and Nelia spoil us and our pets! and we come home to a clean house. How do they do it all! Would recommend New Century Maids to anyone looking for a great service. Plus we get email reminders!

    Bi weekly cleaning

    Kamila and Marie deliver great service. It is nice to come to a clean home, particularly since we have a hairy dog! Sometimes special cleaning requests take a long time to incorporate however, once they have their schedule, it works beautifully.

    House Cleaning

    New Century Maids have done an exemplary job at our house with regular cleanings since 2012. They are always on time, courteous, and leave the place sparkling. The current crew of Kamila and Marie can tackle any mess that our tiny dog can leave with toys strewn in every room of the house, and when we come home they are all back in their proper place. Thanks for the great service.

    Commercial Office Cleaning

    Carolyn and Nelly are amazing. Extremely thorough and diligent. Week after week we are more than satisfied with their level of professionalism, their punctuality and their friendliness. We would easily recommend them to anyone looking for honest, hard working people.

    House Cleaning

    Don't get me wrong, the maids are great. However the customer service representatives are not helpful at all. I tried to book for a house cleaning for over 3 weeks and they cannot confirm a date (not even the time slot) on when the maids can come. The service is not cheap. I cannot understand why it takes that long to set up a schedule. I called yesterday and one of the representative said they can work on it and call me back. Never got a response. Called again today and it's another answer. This is ridiculous for the amount they charge. I have been your client for almost a year and on average I have been paying $200 for each time. I'm not sure if you guys really have good records since you believe I am not your client

    Hello Willa, We have informed you, and all clients that we currently have an extensive waiting list leading into the week of the 21st, and 28th of September. We schedule appointment according to priorities, clients who have weekly, or bi-weekly services are our first priority, and then on call clients. We cannot confirm a day or time with you if we are not 100% cretin that we can keep that promise. I do not understand of your rating of 0, this Homestars site is for our clients to rate our cleaning services which you have not had yet, also the price you have listed of $200 does not make sense to us either, since you have yet to have a cleaning service.

    Home cleaning

    It is such a pleasure to come home to a beautifully cleaned home. Everything is spic and span and gleaming. The quality of the cleaning is superb. They even organize in a fun way my boys many stuffed animals which they Love! My son loves when the cleaners come; For example yesterday he came running to tell me the cleaners had found "Bear, Bear" his favourite stuffy that he had lost. They placed him on his pillow waiting for him to go to bed. Every visit they always leave a little surprise that my boys notice. A very happy mom with once less chore.

    Home Cleaning services

    Kate and ola were great. they are so thorough, friendly and nice and have helped us keep our house clean and organized. I couldn't think of better people to have help out.

    Weekly cleaning

    Kate is fantastic, absolutely fantastic. Super cheerful, quick and thorough. She used to have a partner, but now she works alone, which is too bad as together they whipped our house into shape in little over an hour. Obviously it takes longer now that there is one person, but I still think they are awesome.

    Regular Apartment Cleanings

    My wife and I have been with New Century Maids for over a year - every single time we are impressed. They are quick, friendly, and always leave our apartment in outstanding condition. Their customer service team is also fantastic; very fast to follow-up and professional. I can't recommend them enough!

    Bi-weekly cleaning

    The crew comes in once every two weeks and they do an amazing job. It's really great to come home to a clean and neat apartment. They even organize my mess of plastic containers! I've been using their service for almost two years now, and I have always been more than happy with their work.
