    Regular house cleaning

    I am always impressed and very happy when New Century Maids comes to my home to clean. All of the crews that I have met are excellent cleaners; they all know what they are doing and always do the best job. Each crew is professional and the level of service is always great. Each room in my house is looked after and always smells so fresh. I am also very happy with their customer service, whenever I call or email all of my concerns are dealt with, if I need to re-schedule they always do their very best to accommodate my schedule. New Century Maids really does take good care of their customers.

    Complete Clean

    Simply the best service we have ever received. From booking, to cleaning to invoice this was incredibly smooth. Excellent level of communication so we we never had to guess about anything. Quality was a solid 10 out 10 we had guests over and everyone was commenting about how "nice" our place looked.... I wish more businesses ran as well as these folks - totally impressed.

    Cleaning

    Absolutely incredible! Been using this company for the last 3 years initially in Mississauga and now in Toronto. After a renovation we asked for a 'deep' clean and the results were incredible. Respectful, honest, fast, and friendly. My little son looks forward to when the 'girls' are coming to clean as they are so nice to him and respectful of his nap time.

    De-clutter

    I have lived in my home for over 20 years and during these years I have accumulated many things. Looking around my home I had decided that it was time I de-clutter and organize everything. I had used New Century Maids in the past for cleaning and now I needed them to come in and help with the organizing and de-cluttering. As always it was an easy process to set up. The ladies came in as scheduled and were a very big help – they helped me sort my clothes and look through many boxes that I had just had standing around with items that I would not use, I instructed them on what to throw out and what to re-pack. All of my instructions were done just the way I wanted. I now have a clutter free home all thanks to the crew of New Century Maids. Cleaning homes is not the only thing they do – they help organize and leave you with a great feeling of a job well done.

    Awesome Cleaning

    I can't believe how flexible the team was -- my job went from 2.75 hours per person to over 4, yet the two people gladly obliged the need for more time in my colossally messy apartment. Much appreciated! Amazing rating on HomeStars -- and now I see why!

    Great Cleaning

    The crew is always on time, very friendly, and do great cleaning. We are always happy with the girls. Consistent crew is important, helps to build the relationships and comfort level. We do usually have the same crew and it makes the experience better.

    One-time clean

    This is the first time I've used a cleaning company and I'm thrilled. I have 2 kids under 4 and a husband :P At the end of the day I feel like I can't catch up. I also have dust allergies and asthma. It took 2 ladies 4 hours to clean my 2,000 sq ft house and it looks spotless! I will definitely be using them for regular service when I go back to work.

    Exceptional House Cleaning

    New Century Maids has always done such an exceptional job at cleaning my home for the 4 years that I have had them come to my home and I wanted to express my thanks at the hard work that the ladies do each time – they always leave my home clean and fresh smelling and dust free – (my son has allergies to dust) it has made my life so much more easier and the office staff for being so understanding in many situations that arise. You understand that life throws many curves and you always do your best to accommodate these situations.Very professional and understanding.

    Commercial Cleaning

    I had used New Century Maids to clean my home on a regular basis so when my boss asked me to look into hiring a cleaning company to clean the workplace I called NCM. They sent out an estimator who had come out to walk through the premises and take notes. Alex was very pleasant and professional. That same day we were sent a proposal of the cost for cleaning and all the information and details of what would be involved. I forwarded it my boss who looked over it and decided to hire NCM. The cleaning ladies that arrived knew what and where they were to clean – they did an excellent job. The alarm code and all information on entry to the premises were provided. We trust NCM with our business and so should you, they are great.

    House cleaning for a pet lower

    I love my pets but they can be messy – I have two dogs and 1 cat and they all shed which means that I have a lot of pet hair around my home. I decided on New Century Maids that a friend had recommended – (she is always talking about how clean her home always is) Setting up the first deep clean was simple and there were no hidden fees or additional add ons unless I decided to have something more done. The ladies were very friendly and loved my pets- (my pets loved them as well) I was astounded at the pace the ladies kept up – they cleaned all of my furniture, my couches were moved aside to clean underneath and all the cushions were vacuumed. After they finished there was no sign that pets were in the household. Now NCM comes to my home each week and both my pets and I can’t wait to see them.
