    Clean Ovens

    Just wanted to pass on my feedback at the fantastic job New Century Maids was able to do with the oven last week. The crew did the most amazing job, it looks like new oven. They even managed to get off some stains on the trays which have been there for years and previous professional jobs weren’t able to remove. It fits with the normal excellent work they do with their normal cleaning, NCM really does excellent work.

    Great Mother’s day gift

    I purchased a gift certificate as a Mother’s day gift for my wife. Words can’t express just how much she loved coming home to a sparkling clean home. She made me realize that housecleaning is such a great gift because it was really a gift to her of free time to relax and do other, more enjoyable things. What could be better! New Century Maids did an exceptional job in our home! The cleaning team’s commitment to excellence showed in their attention to detail in everything they did. Love it! Well worth the money!

    Condo Cleaning

    New Century NIGHTMARE: Paid $200 for 6 hours to clean a 500 sq. ft. condo. Maid was late because she "missed her alarm after pulling 2 all-nighter." Came home to to find half the things on their 'checklist' not checked at all - undusted everything, cobwebs, food splatters etc. Called to complain - they agreed to a re-do but only with the same girl. She came back with a bad attitude and I still have cobwebs, dust etc. At that point - I just chalked the experience up to a bad one - and wanted to share because all these good reviews in NO way reflect my atrocious experience with them. In a nutshell - if you wanna be sorely disappointed, frustrated, feel ripped off and have to babysit disgruntled staff - NCM is for you!!! In general - I'm a believer that you get what you pay for and am happy to pay more for stellar service/satisfaction - don't let their high prices, great reviews and the nice office manager fool you - trust me.

    Very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your cleaning. Our estimate is an estimate, it all depends upon the condition of any home - mold around window cills would take a few cleaning to get it to look better, dirt on all woodwork would need to be washed down and not dusted because of dirt on everything. We had sent the crew back to fix what was not cleaned and you had told her that you were happy with the cleaning which is why we were surprised to hear that you were not. All of our crew members are trained and know that it is not right to be rude to anyone. Wish you all the best.

    Perfection

    As a perfectionist myself, there is no other cleaning company out there like New Century Maids! After their endless attention to every detail my home is maculate from spotless bathrooms, to an unbelievable crumb-free kitchen with every appliance gleaming like it was brand-new again. My team Anna & Ania always goes above and beyond to make my home surprisingly clean and there is no one that does it better than them!

    House cleaning

    We have been most happy with the weekly cleaning service we have received over the past two years. The two team cleaning crew are punctual, polite, happy and enthusiastic about their work. It is a pleasure to have these ladies in our home to clean our house. They work quietly together, are hard working, and take a pride in there work. The end result is a spotlessly clean house for us to enjoy. It is also a pleasure to receive weekly phone calls from the ladies who work in the office confirming our weekly cleaning day and time of arrival of cleaning crew. These ladies are always cheerful, polite and very efficient. We would like to thank New Century Maids for the high quality of service we consistently receive!

    Happy Biweekly Customer

    I have to say that we are absolutely thrilled by the work we have been receiving from the New Century Maids team. After a year of receiving mediocre work from another company, the New Century team assigned to our house has returned the sparkle to our home and have really met every expectation we've had. Coming home from work is a pleasure and the space is really shining from top to bottom. My wife is a picky cleaner and after three visits she's had no complaints. We are also think the rate is really appropriate and appreciate the opportunity to pay by alternative means (e.g. PayPal). I whole heartedly recommend this service for your home in the Brampton area and I'm certain the same quality of work is met by all their members across the GTA. We're looking forward to a longstanding relationship with the company.

    The best cleaning company

    I have been using New Century Maids every two weeks for almost a year now and I am always very happy with how clean my house is. I have an 18 month old son and two extra big furry dogs, so needless to say my house can get messy (ok VERY messy!) but my laminate floors and carpets somehow always come out perfect and spotless after NCM is done. The bathrooms and kitchen sparkle and shine too! I don’t do any pre-cleaning or after cleaning touch ups and I always feel like a heavy weight has been lifted off my shoulders when I see how clean my house is. I have more time to spend with my family because don’t spend countless hours trying to clean my house to get as perfect as they can clean my house. NCM is very reliable and honest. I have had to cancel a cleaning last minute and was rescheduled for the next available day right away. I take advantage of the 3 month payment option for the discount and I am very confident that they won’t miss a cleaning. I would recommend New Century Maids to everyone!!

    Post renovation cleaning

    I called NCM for a complete post renovation clean, for the day before our family moved into our new home. From the moment I booked the job with Isabelle, to the time the 2 fantastic cleaners left, I found their customer service was superb. Magda and Maria were punctual, cleaned solidly for 7 hrs, and tackled jobs I hadn't even mentioned to them in advance. They went above and beyond and the house is now a home. I am extremely impressed with this company and highly recommend them to anyone.

    Happy Customer

    I’ve been using New Century Maids services for 2 years, since I was pregnant with my second child. I had resisted using a cleaning service for years and my first experience with another cleaning company was negative. Then I called NCM, liking. I have been extremely pleased. The cleaning crews are friendly, professional and accommodating. They care about my home and my family. I’ve had no hesitation in recommending New Century Maids to my family and my friends – and anyone else who will listen.

    Tenant cleaning

    300 I haven't seen my rental home this clean....EVER. The bathtub looks brand new - and it is a really old one. The floors are shining, and much more! I am so pleased with the job that New Century Maids did. After having a busy winter and being out of town a lot, I was having a hard time finding time to clean. I looked into New Century Maids, saw the great reviews, and now I know it was the greatest decision I could have made! They made sure everything was perfect before she left. You will LOVE your house even more after you hire NCM!
