    House cleaning

    New Century Maids left my home clean and sparkling. It was like coming home to a beautiful hotel room. Everything was so shinny clean, it was so great to come home to.

    Move Out Cleaning

    I am very happy with the service and job that was provided by New Century. The customer service was outstanding, providing me with a confirmation of both check-in and check-out times. The unit was very well cleaned by the two person team, and smelled and looked brand new. I would definitely recommend New Century, and will be looking to use the service again.

    Great cleaning

    I have been a customer of New Century Maids for the past several years. It has been such a pleasure working with your reputable company. Over these years, there has never been an item in my home missing or misplaced, your employees have always been gracious, friendly, and kind. I feel at ease being away when they are here. The work is dependable and consistent. If a new employee is added and cleans my home, they are trained by experienced staff so I do not have to get involved. I would highly recommend this fine, trustworthy company. You also have excellent people skills, return calls promptly and immediately respond to any concerns, of which there have been very few over the years.

    Apartment Cleaning

    I was really disappointed with the experience overall. I spoke to Kamilla on the phone at the beginning, giving her a generous estimate of my square footage ( it's 600 sq ft, but I said 700 to be safe), telling her the place was very dirty/dusty and the floors were mostly old wood and the building itself was an apartment building over 100 years old. I said I was having a dinner party that night and I didn't have the time to spend a couple hours cleaning. She gave me an estimate of $175-190 for a deep clean (which she explained was an extra thorough cleaning for apartments that hadn't been done in a while). I said that sounded great and booked an appointment. Later, I got a paper estimate that said $215 for 2.75 hours with two cleaners. I though "okay, that's not too much more" and didn't think much about it. On the day of the clean, the cleaners got there and I left to go do some errands. About half an hour before the clean was done, I got a call from a very rude man saying the cleaners could only finish half of the apartment and when did I want to book another appointment. After him trying repeatedly to pressure me into booking a follow up and, I said they could just finish at the approved time on the estimate and I'd pay them for their time. A couple days later I got an invoice for about $260, saying they had cleaned longer than the approved time. So all in all, it was way more than my estimate for half the work. That being said, the cleaners that came were very apologetic and did a good job with the parts they cleaned. If the customer service wasn't so bad, I'd probably be booking regular cleanings. For now, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

As to the rates you were quoted an hourly rate all depending on the condition of your home which was the first email estimate that you received from us - this is an overall estimate not seeing what your home looks like. Once the crew arrives and begins to clean they have a very good idea of how long it will actually take to clean, your home was not in the best of condition - greasy and very dusty and dirty - which is why it took longer - when the gentleman you spoke to "Alex" was trying to explain that the crew needs more time you did not want to add any and so he had asked what areas you wish the crew to concentrate on.I am sorry that you were not happy with administration.     Hard working crew

    The staff at New Century Maids is professional, thorough and efficient. They come in like a whirlwind and get the job done in good time, but also with good quality. I’ve been home a few times when they’ve been there and was surprised at some of the attention to detail that I saw. Especially getting rid of cobwebs where the wall and ceilings meet. Wow. They don’t take any shortcuts and are hard working.

    Superb move out

    New Century Maids was absolutely phenomenal. I was trying to organize a move over a weekend, and time got away from me. I had no idea how I was going to manage cleaning the house I was leaving without taking time off from work. Our house was in a pretty sad state. I am something of a workaholic, so the free time I do have is rarely used for cleaning. I have three cats that shed everywhere. I've never used a cleaning service before, and to be honest, I was a little embarrassed by the idea of someone seeing my dusty indiscretions. I swallowed my pride and made an appointment with NCM. They were on time and got right to work. No detail went unnoticed, and the house looked brand new when the ladies were done. Saved me time, my sanity, and a lot of aggravation. Thank You!

    Construction Cleaning

    We have just been through nine months of major renovations, adding a second floor to our home and renovating the first floor. The entire home was covered in construction dust from top to bottom making it difficult to breathe. New Century Maids came in with an air of professionalism that was very assuring for my husband and I making lists of what needed to be done. In a matter of a few days, a team of positive, energetic, motivated young people arrived and got right to work. Kathy and Lyuda worked extremely hard - exceptional quality work! We were so thrilled with the work.... New Century Maids were so obliging and left our home spotless....no request was difficult. We highly recommend NCM and will recommend them to friends and clients.

    Awesome Cleaning

    The cleaning that New Century Maids does for me is careful and their attention to detail is very obvious. I can’t think of many companies out there who actually deliver on their promise and then go above and beyond. They are certainly a company which is highly reliable and professional; they are passionate about what they do and are committed to their clients.

    move-in cleaning

    easy to contact. friendly and courteous administration staff. Friendly and efficient cleaning staff. Even left paper over the closed toilet seat like at a hotel :-) A good choice for your cleaning needs.

    Always Great

    I have used the services of New Century Maids for several years and never fail to be impressed by their efficiency, reliability and friendliness. On occasions when I have had to change the type of help required or the usual appointment time, they have been happy to accommodate me. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.
