    Initial Cleaning

    The ladies who were at my home today were absolutely amazing, they did such a wonderful job that I have now set up bi-weekly cleanings, their attention to details was wonderful, very happy with the hard work they put in.

    Excellent Service

    The crew that came by this Monday was fantastic!!! We were extremely pleased with their work and very happy :o) Great work NCM! We are extremely happy with everyone's work.

    Apartment Cleaning

    So thorough! It's like my cleaning team just "gets" me. Everything ends up in a logical place and they are always very friendly when I do get to see them (I'm usually at work) It's very hard to find a good cleaning service. I'm very satisfied with the level of attention and quality I've received.

    LONG TIME USER

    I have never used a cleaning company before so I did my home work. I searched many companies and checked up on the companies. New Century Maids was by far the best, they are insured, bonded and I had no fear of leaving them a key to my home and all my valuables. They have been coming to my home on a weekly basis for 4 years now and since then I do not regret hiring them, always great hear when they are coming and anticipating my clean home.

    House Cleaning

    New Century came to do an initial cleaning at a cost of about $200, which I paid at the time. After they had gone, I discovered that a kitchen gadget had been broken and there were marks on the wooden floor. I called the company and was told that the broken item was "no problem" - they would pay for a replacement. Regarding the floor, I was told not to attempt to fix it myself, but that they had a guarantee and would come back to redo the floor without charge. Although I was frustrated by the need for both these things, I accept mistakes happen. However, when the team came back they were unable to remedy the marks on the floor. Now they are refusing to pay for my replacement gadget ($50) and are claiming I owe them a call out fee ($100) for coming back to redo the floor!

    This is an unfortunate situation with this client. We did a deep cleaning of this 70 year old house. We did our usual thorough cleaning and this client was satisfied except for the condition of the floors. They were previously scratched from years of use. Regardless we returned to re-clean the floors. We explained to the client that with a thorough cleaning, the wear and tear and old scratches on the floor would not disappear. This client then insisted that we pay for refinishing or pay to replace the floors, which I'm sorry to say is not acceptable. She has also posted another review on a different cleaning service that has been doing regular cleaning for her and breaks items, as she says. We are always happy to repair or replace items if anything is our fault and our experienced crews are trained to report any accidental damages, in the rare case they occur, to the office immediately. We regret this situation and hope she understands our position.

    Tenant Home Cleaning

    I own a few homes which I rent out to students and am always looking for a good cleaning company to come to my rescue when the tenants move out. I have finally found one that beats all the rest. NCM does the best cleaning that I have seen for a long while, they get into all the places dirt can hide and having students as tenants some of the units really needed a good clean. Thanks New Century Maids for making my life less hectic.

    Cleaning Service

    The service this past weekend was excellent. Based on what we saw, would like to continue to use your cleaning service approximately every two weeks! It was a big job as we've been busy and the place had been a bit neglected. Great Job !!

    First Time Cleaning

    I just wanted to say thank you for the ladies' work. It was very much appreciated. We kept seeing what they were able to accomplish like little surprises around the house. My husband was very impressed.

    Bi-weekly cleaning

    I am a man of little words but would like to say Thank you to a very wonderful, professional, friendly staff and workers at New Century Maids for all the years that I have been with them all my worries and questions were answered and the cleanings have been very thorough. New Century is one of the better companies worth the call.

    First time deep cleaning

    Returning to work after maternity leave it was hard for me to keep up with family work and household chores. I had found New Century Maids on Homestars and booked a first time deep cleaning. It was absolutely wonderful to enter my home and it look and smelled great, it was such a relief, they were very detailed in their cleaning and nothing was missed, my toilet paper was even folded the way they do at hotels which made me feel like I was on vacation. Thanks, New Century Maids
