    Excellent Service

    Great Cleaning Service. We have been using NCM for about 6 months now and we are extremely satisfied. They are reliable and do a very thorough job. The maids even stayed an hour later, to finish up a new request. The best part of New Century Maids is their customer service. It is very rare to find people who really care. The ladies – Kamila & Isabelle call all the time to make sure we are satisfied and happy. Good quality cleaning and great customer service!!

    Five Years of Service

    We are very pleased with their service. After having the same cleaning company in our home for over five years it’s time to say how great they really are. We have been so impressed with New Century Maids - they immediately came out and gave us an estimate. We are delighted with the work they did on the first cleaning. The house was truly clean and we are so pleased we are using non-toxic cleaners. I recommend them and give them 10 stars.

    House cleaning & house sitting

    Just a few words about New Century Maids, they are a great cleaning company who do a superb job of cleaning my condo. I trust them with my keys and they even look after the place when I am away on business, I get home and it’s clean, I do not worry that I have to call them to make an appointment, I am just too busy at work for that, I set up a recurring cleaning schedule and receive emails of the upcoming cleaning and that’s it, peace of mind and a clean house. The Best.

    cleaning

    This year, my house was chosen by all of my friends to host the Easter party. I was very excited, except for the fact that my house was a mess. A girlfriend referred me to New Century Maids and I scheduled a cleaning with them. I was overly satisfied with the cleaning that they performed and my friends were astonished by the cleanliness of my house. Thanks New Century Maids.

    Move Out Cleaning

    I contacted New Century Maids to help me with a move out cleaning in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. I really only needed help with the kitchen & bathroom (they take the longest and are the toughest to clean). I got a response with an estimate right away and continued to get quick responses to all of my questions throughout the process. I wasn't able to be there to oversee the cleaning, but the service provider let me check it out before they sent me the bill. I was really impressed. They cleaned things I would've completely forgotten to clean and the place was spotless. I can't say enough about this service. Plus, they use PayPal, so I felt comfortable with the billing process and didn't have to have cash with me. Definitely recommend!!!

    Who empties a vacuum in a toilet??

    Cleaning crew from New Century Maids apparently!! I wrote a review earlier and couldn't believe when I got a call from my husband telling me that the clean lady had empty the full content of the vacuum in the toilet and plugged our brand new toilet!! Who does that?? Even my two year old would probably be smart enough to empty it in the garbage. I have never heard of something so foolish!! Not sure what all the 10 stars ratings are but my experience was definitely not worth a 10 star but more of no stars at all!! Not sure what the hype is all about!

    Initial cleaning

    My colleague uses New Century Maids, so I gave them a try. The ladies that came were so nice, trustworthy, respectful and thorough. I will definitely use them for my regular services.

    Consistent Friendly Service

    Kamila who answered the phone was very polite and friendly. I called on Monday hoping to schedule an appointment for either Friday or Saturday as we were getting ready for my daughter's birthday party Saturday night. She was able to schedule a two person crew for 4 hrs for Friday at 8:30am. This was perfect! The two women showed up at 8:28am and were very friendly. They brought all their own supplies, including vacuum (it seems like many places do not). They asked me what I wanted them to focus on and set out making my house sparkle! I was very impressed with the professionalism of every employee I dealt with, the ease of scheduling and the timelessness of the cleaning crew. Not to mention the great job they did actually cleaning the house. I will certainly be using them again and recommending them to my friends! Thank you NCM for making my house perfect for the party.

    Spring Cleaning

    Each year I would try and find a good cleaning company that would do a very deep cleaning of my home, I have not always been happy with other companies as they say many things but never do what they say, that is until I found New Century Maids. To say that they were great is not enough, they were phenomenal, the very best service I have had. They cleaned everywhere, on top of kitchen cabinets, baseboards they even got into places that you would not think (exhaust fan in bathroom, space between washer & dryer...) . It was absolutely amazing. I have hired this company for all of my cleaning and am very happy that I have.

    Regular Bi-weekly Cleanings

    The crew does a great job cleaning and are trustworthy. The office staff are professional and flexible. The cleaning crew is thorough, friendly and trustworthy. Thank you for the great care you take in cleaning our home.
