    Home cleaning

    Many Thanks to everyone at New Century Maids for making our home such a joy to come into. I had given my wife a gift certificate for house cleaning that I had purchased from the website of NCM. My wife is a loving mother and works hard each and every day and I thought that she deserves a break. It was the best gift I had given her she says. While the ladies from NCM were at our home doing a marvelous job, we had the time to spend with our children and it was the best day ever! We have now made an ongoing schedule with NCM because of the great job they did on our home, it did need the attention with three small children running around and a big furry dog in their wake. Give us the time to spend with family which is most important.

    house cleaning

    Two great ladies came to clean "the hard stuff" for 3 hours. They did the bathtub, changed my shower curtain, cleaned ceiling fans, emptied and cleaned out fridge, cleaned oven, vacuumed and mopped floors in entire apt (except bedrooms), cleaned vertical blinds in 6 windows. The areas they cleaned had not been done in months as I can't physically handle it so it was not light work and they did a fabulous job. The only thing that I don't like that much is that aside from the follow-up call which i appreciated, the company has called 2 more times to try to book me in again. I'll book when I'm ready and I can ask for the same staff I got last time so that's great.

    House Cleaning

    We’ve been using New Century Maids for two years to clean our 1400+ square foot apartment on a monthly basis. We love this company. They are very professional in setting the appointments, and call each month a few days before to confirm service, including what time the cleaners will arrive. They always do a great job–especially considering that we let a month go between cleanings–and we love coming home on days when they’ve been there.

    Outstanding and professional service

    I would like to say that the cleaning that I received from New Century Maids was amazing, never have I had such a detailed cleaning of my home. This was not the first time that I have called a cleaning agency for help, I have tried many in the last few years; many of the companies out there do a mediocre job nothing quite as amazing as I have had with this company. I had just had my home go through a major renovation and need the help desperately as we were having a big event at our home the following week. The staff in the office was very helpful they had explained everything to me from the smallest detail of what I would expect at the first time initial cleaning as they stated. My emails and phone calls were returned very quickly and they were not at all upset with my numerous calls and emails with questions. Very outstanding and professional. It was suggested that I have a free onsite estimate of my home to give me a more accurate price of the cleaning which I had taken advantage of – who wouldn’t it was FREE!! There was nothing that I needed to worry about, they brought everything with them, the cleaning supplies and equipment. With so many other things on my mind this was one that made me be at peace. The day I was waiting for – the girls arrived and were very punctual and very polite and happy to be there which says a lot about this company – they must treat all their employees right for them to be so bright and cheerful. They did need some more time to get to all the dust that was in my home (because of the renovations) which I had no reservations of agreeing to) When they were finished there are no words that I can accurately describe how I felt when I saw my home after the cleaning – awesome, amazing, wonderful, superb to say the least. I shall never go back to another cleaning agency again!! Since that big cleaning I have hired New Century Maids to clean my home on a weekly basis and have not regretted it since, it has always been a very thorough cleaning, I trust them absolutely – they have my key and I know that all will be well with my house while the crew is in my home, they have become a second part of my family. Thank you New Century Maids for everything.

    The professionals

    I’ve been a client of New Century Maids for the past five years. I can’t recommend these folks more highly. They are dependable, professional, and always go the extra mile to do something extra special each cleaning. With two kids who crawled and put everything in mouth, I always wanted non-toxic cleaning. I got much more.

    The Sparkle is Blinding!

    We had NCM crew clean our home recently (a fall version of Spring Cleaning!) and the job was expert, careful, thorough, attentive, efficient, fair-priced and enjoyable! The service was prompt, no-nonsense, responsive and all in all perfect. NCM will be back on a regular basis and we could not be happier. I recommend New Century Maids to each and any person looking for a fair and expert job.

    The Best Cleaning

    Weekly house cleaning

    I hired this company a couple of months ago to clean my house on a weekly basis. The initial clean was more than 2x the weekly cost, but was well worth it, they did a great job. The next visit, I had the same crew and the same high quality job. I have had three cleanings since then and twice with a different set of people (that's 3 different crews in 5 visits). The last crew stopped cleaning the basement, which I've now been told was never in my price and they want an additional $60 to do it. I also have mildew creeping up in my shower (if its being cleaned each week, how does that happen? Yuck). The response that I received when I let them know was that they would be asked to be more thorough next time, not that they would come back for free, as was indicated when I had them come by for a quote. I was also told that I would have the same crew each week. While they do a passable job, at $30/hour per person they are on the high end for cost and passable doesn't cut it at that price. I don't want to have to do an inspection each week to ensure that I got a proper clean, I don't want to have to be there to explain to the next new set of people where things are and what they are meant to do. I was told that these things weren't necessary as they give detailed notes to each crew, but the crews that they sent were obviously not reading them.

    Move out Cleaning

    I just used NCM for a move-out cleaning and highly recommend them. The last time I moved, I spent literally 8 hours cleaning to ensure I got my deposit back. This time around, I decided I needed professional help because I didn't have those 8 hours to spare. NCM were friendly, flexible, and easy to coordinate. And, most importantly, they did a great job: my apartment was spotless when I went for the final walk-through. They even set aside some of the things I'd accidentally left in the apartment. Amidst the chaos of moving, it was really nice to have things taken care of without any drama. It's not the cheapest service in town but you get what you pay for. NCM did a much better job than whatever cleaners took care of my new apartment. Lesson: not all cleaners are created equal, and NCM is great.

    Excellent job

    I am a true clean freak and it's a very big deal for me to trust a cleaning provider with my house. I think the key is communicating your needs with them. Do you need your stainless steel refrigerator wiped inside? You don't want to use a certain chemical for your hardwood floors? Everyone is different so tell them what you need. Afterwards, they do an excellent job! Customer service is solid.??Give them a shot.
