    Complaint handling

    I use New Century Maids on the regular basis every second week. I haven’t any complaints for 2 years. Last week, when I had a complaint (the chair legs were not cleaned properly) , it was handled immediately and to my satisfaction. You scored big points by resolving a problem.

    Regular cleanings

    I had never hired a maid service before, but I decided to hire someone to come by every two weeks while I was living in the Fashion District area. I was working in the area for a few months and since the company was picking up my housing, I figured I could splurge a little. I had them come every two weeks, and they did a great job of keeping the place clean and tidy, especially the bathrooms, which I hate doing myself. They were also very helpful when I went out of town. I asked if they could stop in to water my plants a few times, and they had no problem fulfilling my request. I would definitely recommend them if you're in the area.

    Move out Cleaning

    Three days before I moved out of the apartment I had lived in for ten years I realized there was no way I was going to be able to clean the place myself. I looked at several agencies on HomeStars and email them. New Century Maids got back to me the very same day and had no problem with the short notice. I called and set up an appointment immediately. The day after my move was cleaning day. Obviously after ten years the place was a mess. The crew of NC MAids showed up exactly on time, looked over the place and went to work. If I were them I would have freaked out at the mess, but they didn't. We left them to do their work and they said they would call us 15 minutes before they were done so we could pay them and check things out. They did exactly that and when we arrived at the place I was in awe. They didn't just clean it, they super cleaned it. Every cabinet, the refrigerator, bathroom, closets, everything was spotless. What's even better is that the place didn't smell like one giant chemical. It was just fresh. New Century Maids did an amazing job and they are super nice. I am so happy with their service that I have hired them to clean my new place twice a month. They are that good.

    My home cleaning

    We have our normal cleaning lady that cleans our 4 bed 4.5 bath home but she went back to her country for a few weeks and we had 2 sets of guest staying at our home 2 different weeks and the house needed to be cleaned up and ready for them. We needed to find a cleaning service so I went back on Homestars again read the reviews of New Century Maids decided to give them a try! So glad we found them! New Century Maids’ crew was excellent and very thorough...cleaning in every crack, baseboard, dusting behind stuff etc... They were only here for 3 hours! I tipped them that's how good they were. And fast! My house looks great... I will use them again!

    Initial cleaning

    New Century Maids 2 person team showed up on time and did an amazing job! We have a 2 bdrm house with 2 full bathrooms and a large kitchen. They made the place look spotless, even going beyond what we expected. Plus they were very nice. Great prices and highly recommended! We will be calling them again to sign up for regular services

    Bi-weekly Cleaning

    I was very happy with the first-time deep cleaning service I got from NCM, so I decided to go ahead with bi-weekly cleaning service. I just got home to a fresh and sparkling clean apartment and I'm so pleased! They're SO much better than the last big-chain service I tried. Everything is so much cleaner than I could ever get it, they pay attention to where things go and they're very accommodating about working with my schedule. I do not like to be home while they are cleaning, so they come and clean and lock up when they go. Thank you NC Maids and see you in two weeks.

    Move out Clean

    They did a terrific job for a move-out clean. For a ~650 sq ft apt it took exactly 2.5 hours and they cleaned everything including the inside of the fridge, blinds, windows and even some stains on the walls. They use green products that leave a nice smell which was a good change from the otherwise chemical smell. I did a close inspection at the end and they cleaned any areas I thought they missed. Very professional and timely, definitely would use them again

    Move out Cleaning

    I was moving out of my apt in Toronto and my cleaners didn't show up. I called NCM and begged them to send someone to clean. It was already the afternoon so they couldn't help much but sent someone the next morning extra early at like 7:30am to come clean and I couldn't have been more grateful.

    Fantastic Job

    Helena and Otelia just left, they did a fantastic job and I'm very pleased with the results. I'll definitely be using your services again, and hopefully I'll manage to stay on top of the cat hair so that next time it's not such a rough job for them!

    Move out Cleaning

    Look no further! They are great. When we moved out we got our entire deposit back and the landlord said he never had a person leave the property so clean... Great job ! Thank you New Century, your team is worth it. Will recommend New Century Maids to my friends definitely.
