    Toilet Flange Replacement

    Valentin is always reliable and I can trust him to give me an accurate quote every time. Always impressed.

    drain snaking

    Valentin did an outstanding job -- came quickly, worked efficiently, left the site tidy. Would use them again in a heartbeat

    Update of water service

    They replaced the old water pipes to my house. The team came on time, was very professional, nice and knowledgeable and left the work place tidy and clean. I will use Valentin's company for future plumbing work for sure!

    Bathroom sink repairs

    Valentin was prompt and very professional. He took time the explain the issue and what our options were. He completed the work and cleaned and the charge was so reasonable. I will definitely be calling Valentin again if I have any other plumbing issues and would be happy to recommend him the friends.

    Dishwasher Shut Off Valve

    Dishwasher shut off valve was broken. Spoke to Valentin, described the problem and was given an estimate. Valentin was able to fit me into his schedule asap to fix the leak (offered to come the next day). When he came, he examined the dishwasher and the shut off valve. Confirmed his initial suspicion. Repaired it at the price quoted. Friendly and fast service. Will definitely use in the future for any plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

    Minor plumbing issue

    This is about the third or fourth time we've had Valentin to our house to deal with minor plumbing issues. This time the spout and diverter in the shower stall in our ensuite bathroom needed replaced, and the taps on the kitchen sink needed to be tightened. Valentin was willing to come at 8 a.m. on a Saturday to get that shower functional again. As usual, he was very thorough, quick and tidy, and charged us exactly as agreed for the work.

    Backwater valve, mainline sewer and cleanout installed

    We found Strong Plumbing on Homestars when we encountered an unexpected backup in our sewer. After leaving a message, Valentin called us back to discuss our problem. While he came to validate the issue, he quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem up front. Upon arriving later that morning, Valentin went to work walking us through the process to diagnose the issue, the likely problem, and all potential costs depending what was found and needed to be remedied. Immediately upon our initial conversation, we felt very comfortable wits and confidence in Strong Plumbing. Valentin quickly obtained the permit we would need to resolve our issue and scheduled his crew for the next day to complete our work outside. By 1pm that next day, we had a new Backwater valve and mainline and a cleanout which our olderror house didn't have (at least visibly). Inspection was done that morning, also coordinated by Valentin, to allow everything to be complete. Valentin and his crew were considerate, tidy, efficient and excellent at communicating and setting expectations. What really made this a great experience was the trust we felt in dealing with Valentin. While we don't wish to have any more plumbing issues, we would welcome the opportunity to work with Strong Plumbing again. We felt so grateful for the experience that we asked for some extra business cards, and will refer to our friends and neighbors with confidence! Thanks Valentin and Strong Plumbing!

    Several small plumbing issues.

    We had a couple of small jobs that needed attention, and Valentin was prompt in his reply, and was determined to fix our problem as soon as possible. He came on a Sunday morning to make sure we had prompt service. He even provided, free of charge, a service we didn't know we needed! He also pointed out another potential problem with our water heater that we didn't know about, possible saving us a real headache in the future. I would recommend Strong Plumbing to anyone in need of prompt, honest service from an independent plumber!

    Plumbing

    Valentin has helped me with 3 plumbing issues, always making time in his schedule or coming early in the morning before his first appointment, so my family (with 3 little kids) never go without water. Last winter, we had a burst pipe and had to shut off our water - Valentin was there right away to fix it. Only a few hours and we had water restored! Just recently, one of my kids broke the shower handle - Valentin was back to save the day again! He is incredibly courteous, professional, kind with a big heart. Thank you Valentin!!!!!

    Plumbing

    We needed to have shutoff valves installed in my kitchen which is being renovated. We picked Strong Plumbing based on the Homestars review. Valentin responded to my request quickly and installed the shutoff valves that same day. We are very please with Strong Plumbing and we will certainly use them again.
