    Valentin came to the rescue!

    My bathroom in the basement flooded this morning. Valentin was booked solid all day, but immediately called me back to say he'd come and help. After doing quite a bit of investigation, removing the toiled, snaking and other more industrial things, he was able to fix the problem. He was very helpful and informative. He has helped us before and we completely trust that he is giving us the best possible service, at an extremely fair price. He also gave us some good advice regarding our very old pipes in our house, and provided a quote to do some work on them. I will definitely be using his services again. He also cleans everything up nicely at the end of his visit.

    Leaky pipe repair

    Valentin came faster than promised to fix a pinhole leak in an exposed copper pipe. Excellent service, fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Have used him multiple times in the past and will continue to do so. Job well done.

    All my plumbing needs

    Every drain problem I run into I always call Strong Plumbing. Always on time, fair prices and very friendly. He always works fast. Also he always cleans up after himself.

    Replace a mixing valvue in a rental unit.

    Valentin did a nice clean job. Showed up when he said he would and completed the work.

    Leaking toilet

    Valentin has done work on my home several times. His work is excellent. Highly recommended.

    Plumbing

    Valentin was very knowledgeable and easily resolved my plumbing issues. He also provided me with advice in dealing with a condo building issue, which I brought to the attention of my board. I would highly recommend his services.

    Kitchen Issues

    My wife noticed a leak under kitchen sink so we called Valentin from Strong Plumbing, we did use them in the past and always happy with service. This time he came and two hours later, problem solved. Happy to recommend to other people.

    I have used Valentin service 5 times to fix and install bathrooms and kitchen plumbing fixtures. And I am a very satisfied customer. Valentin is very professional - polite, punctual, returned phone calls promptly and scheduled appointments as soon as possible at our convenience. Above all, he knows his trade very well and offers a one year warranty for product he installed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and relatives. His last visit was to install free of charge (both product and labour) a stainless steel kitchen soap holder to match my newly installed ss kitchen faucet by him. I did not order the ss holder. I just used my old white soap holder and he offered me the ss free of charge. Thank you very much Valentin.

    Toilet, vanity and laundry tub in 4 hours

    Valentin was very fast responding to my queries, essentially two days from my reaching out he was at the house working. Started early, 7 am, and installed a toilet (one of those finicky hidden trap types), replaced a vanity that had no shut-off valves (old junk), added a new shut-off for the house (more old junk) and replaced a horrible laundry-room tub sink with a new one. He can do it all, and with no damage and minimal mess.

    Replace existing kitchen faucet and odor from the basement

    We had Valentin from strong plumbing fix some plumbing issues at our old house 3 years ago where he had done a great job so getting him in for some work again was an easy choice! As usual he was right on time and upfront about the fees. We needed our kitchen taps changed which was done well and quickly! The bigger issue was that there was an odor coming from somewhere on the basement bathroom which we could figure out. He looked at many things that could have caused the odor and figured it was an issue with the way the toilet was sealed and fixed it. We are so very pleased that our basement is now odor free again! I would highly recommend strong plumbing
