We are currently re-finishing our basement, and during construction, our contractors found areas of the floor wet - they dug it out and found that the sewer pipe was cracked. We found Strong Plumbing on Homestars and gave Val a call. He came out to take a look within 1.5 hours of me calling him. Due to the age of our house, he said that there were most likely cracks further along the clay pipe and he recommended that the best solution was to replace the entire length of the sewer pipe from the bottom of the soil stack all the way to the front of the house close to where it would meet the city's pipes. While they were here anyway, we also had them install a drain by the furnace connecting to the main sewer pipe, as well as a back water valve. We found his quote to be very reasonable, given what needed to be done. Val had his crew (Dennis + 2 others) come out at 8am the next morning and video inspected the length of the pipe. And as was suspected, it was cracked in a few more places and had tree roots in some other areas of it as well. They used what they call a Torpedo to take out the old pipe to replace it with the new pipe (minimizes the amount of floor being dug up). They finished everything in 2 days (including re-cementing the floors) and left everything very tidy and clean. These guys are definitely our new "go-to" plumbers and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our main water valve was seized and we had to coordinate appointments with the town and a plumber. Val was punctual, professional and did a quality job in a short amount of time. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself. He stayed in constant communication through text messages to ensure everything was in order even after he left the job site. I will call Val any time I have a plumbing job I can't manage on my own. A true professional and a gentleman.

The pipe to our garden tap snapped after the hose pipe was attached. We had water everywhere,and the inside tap to shut of the water had siezed. We had water poring out onto the garden. I called Valentine having searched home star reviews. He said he would come next day at around 9am. We shut off the water from the mains. Next day he arrived on time. A new garden tap was installed and secured properly to the wall, unlike the previous company who secured a new tap to an old piece of wood.He installed a new water shut of valve inside the house and left instructions on how to switch off before the winter. Fast, super polite, efficient clean and did not charge a call out fee. His price I felt was extremely reasonable for the time spent. Would recommend highly,

Val arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m. submitted a quote(which was very fair) He was professional in his approach and very aware of what is important to the customer as he used boot covers when walking through our house. the completed work was done very efficiently and of excellent quality.

He assessed the situation, provided a quote and his crew got to work the very next day. They did an excellent job and were respectful of our property. Look no further. Valentin is clearly the best and we are thrilled to have finally found our go to plumber.

My shower tap had broken off and as a result i had to turn off the water in the entire house. I called Valentin and he responded quickly. after a quick conversation and sending him some pictures of the parts, Valentin came over and quickly resolved the issue. He is very polite and respectful and he got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend him to my friends, family and neighbors. Thank you Valentin.

I called Valentin early this morning very panicked about a leakage! He is such a responsible person. He kindly stopped by within an hour, quickly figured out the problem which was a minor one and relieved us immediately. Fixed the problem in less than hour! very professional, a true gentleman. We are absolutely happy with his service. Finally we have found a plumber that we can fully trust!

I highly recommend Val's services. He was very accommodating with my timing and was able to meet with me on very short notice. He was extremely quick with the repairs even with unexpected issues. He repaired 2 burst water pipes and was finished within an hour. I would definitely use his services again.

Valentin removed the broken garbage disposal under the sink and put regular pipes there. He asked me to send him pictures of pipes and sink before visiting my place for not having any surprised both for him and me (which I really liked). He was very punctual and very flexible regarding time of visiting my place. I definitely go to him for my next plumbing project.
