We called Valentin from Strong Plumbing because of their good rating on homestars. He was punctual, honest, friendly and very quick to reply. He knew exactly what was needed to fix our plumbing issues. They installed a new facet in our basement and fixed other minor issues with a drain located in the basement. We reached out to Valentin for reconnecting the sinks and faucet of a kitchen and bathroom countertop upgrade. He very kindly provided a quote and advice on the countertop installation after we sent him some pictures of our plumbing on Saturday. He also made an exception and came to do the work at our house on Sunday morning despite it being his day off. We were very grateful since the main water valve was disconnected until he could come. He was very friendly, gave several overall maintenance tips, really explained everything through the process and made some upgrade plumbing suggestions which we thought were fair and reasonable. Overall, would highly recommended.

We have hired Valentin's services twice. Our first service was to repair a laundry tub that wasn't draining properly. We were so impressed with his fairness and professionalism, that we hired him for our next plumbing issue - a toilet repair/replacement. We would definitely recommend Valentin's services to anyone.

I called Strong Plumbling to come fix our kitchen sink that was not draining properly and too evaluate an issue with our shower. Valentin came right over and fixed the sink and the shower in less than hour! I thought we would need to replace the taps in the shower, but he was able to just replace one part. He could have up sold me, but was very honest. Valentin is knowledgable, friendly and honest. He totally understands old plumbing and the work lasts ( we used him two years ago for another job).

Great service and great work. I contacted Valentin to provide me with an estimate to replace the lead water service pipe. He arrived on time, was friendly and walked me through the process to replace the pipe and the next steps to arrange for the city to replace their portion of the pipe. Once I confirmed the job, Valentin was able to get a crew out to do the work within a week. The crew was great, again, they arrived on time, were friendly, did the job in half a day and cleaned up when they were done. Next time I have a plumbing issue I'll save myself the hassle of collecting quotes and simply call Valentin.

Strong Plumbing excavated the building trap, installed a backwater valve, mainline and full port. In-house they excavated and replaced 6ft of drain and installed an in-line cleanout at the bottom of the stack. Valentin and his crew are a pleasure to deal with.

Had kitchen counter tops and bathroom vanities installed recently and called Strong Plumbing to reconnect our new kitchen and bathroom sinks along with new faucets. Valentin (who is the owner) called me back very quickly and provided an estimate over the phone after I told him what needed to be done. One the day of installation, he came right on time, and was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He explained certain things to me for my own future knowledge and his installation job excellent. I also paid exactly what he estimated as well. If you're looking for an great plumber who is professional, kind and honest. Valentin of Strong Plumbing is your guy. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to my family and friends.

What can I say.... they did the job on time, budget, and they let me know what was going on every step of the way. I would recommend Strong Plumbing anytime.

I did a complete renovation on a very old house about 8 years ago and Valentin re-plumbed the entire house and did a great job. I had a leaking toilet and problem with the shower valve. Called yesterday, came first thing this morning, fixed within an hour. The only plumbing service that I would ever use in the city. Completely trustworthy, respectful of your property, explains everything in understandable terms and an excellent plumber.
