Valentin arrived on time, quickly assessed my problem and replaced both my shower faucet cartridges and installed new extension parts as my wall tile is thick marble. He was able to fix what two other plumbers could not. I couldn't be happier with his work!

Can't dispute what other reviews have said. Great service and I had no issues with anything. The company appears honest and hardworking. I felt I was given the truth about our situation and they kept their promise to the word. Even when there were little extras that popped up like installing a toilet or extending the pipe further, they went over and above what I expected and took care of them. The crew was efficient and cleaned up nicely. I rarely say this, but I'd recommend Strong Plumbing. I'll certainly call them again if I need.

We had a partial block in our basement drain that was causing a backup. One company told me that we would have to bust through the tile, heated floor and cement in our basement to replace the drain pipe. I called Strong Plumbing and Valentin called me back right away, and arranged to come in the next day. He arrived on time, listened and was willing to look into things. He problem solved several issues and was successful in cleaning out the drain, and even getting a camera through the system. Thanks to him our finished basement will remain just that!! I've already talked with him about the next project we need his help with. We will definitely have him back.

EXCELLENT WORK! Valentin installed 3 toilets, cleared a drain and solved a very difficult hot water problem in the shower. Each one of these jobs had a major problem to solve. Valentin tried 5 times to fix the hot water in the shower...and in the end, he modified a part and successfully restored the hot water. He made suggestions on improving efficiencies in faucets, drains etc. Valentin is the best communicator of any trade that I have had the pleasure to work with. I understood the challenges in each bathroom and how Valentin resolved every issue. I absolutely recommend Valentin.

Valentin was very prompt to not only respond but schedule the job. He is professional and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up efficiently and left nothing behind but the new and improved drain piping. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Valentin came over for a very simple shower shut-off valve installation. My experience was a little disappointing, because he charged me $250 for 30 mins of work which included taking off my old shut off valve, then I had to order the part on my own and call him again for the install of the part. Which was planning on charging me another $170 for. Wow a total of $420 plus the cost of the part for a simple fix. I ended up calling another company that only charged me $40 dollars for the install. Way too overpriced!

Valentin was very responsive by text or phone right from the beginning. When he came to assess the reason for bsmt drain backing up he suggested a back water valve would be necessary. Another plumber I met with suggested we change the entire piping system in bsmt because they were 'probably old' and would have cost additional $7000. His crew installed the back flow valve over two days and filled out appropriate paperwork so we can get reimbursed by the city. The crew worked hard to excavate through our concrete to replace old water stack with new pipes and then Valentin returned few days later to use his camera to show me the condition of our internal pipes below ground and we were relieved to see that they were ok for the most part. I would highly recommend Valentin for any plumbing issues and won't hesitate to contact him again for any future plumbing issues.

Valentin replaced an old kitchen sink for me. Did a great job, pleasure to deal with, next time I need plumbing work I can't do myself he'll be the first I'll call.

I have hired Valentin on 3 different occasions in the past 4 years for various plumbing issues and he's proven himself to be a very skilled, honest and trustworthy.
