Valentin helped me avoid a potential basement flood and restored my water supply. He responded very quickly to my request for assistance and effectively managed the situation. He was pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to request his services again or refer him to others.

Valentin came right away and took care of unfreezing our pipes during this long-weekend (Family Day). The price slightly lower than he quoted and the service excellent. He even gave us tips to prevent this problem from happening in the future. We've used Valentin before and are happy with his work.

I discovered a drip under the faucet in one of my bathrooms. I took a few pictures with my phone and sent them to Valentin. After I answered a few questions and sent a few more pictures from better angles, he was able to diagnose the problem and provide a quote. Since he was coming anyway, I had him replace the faucet in my kitchen as well. While he was here he patiently answered all my questions about the work he was doing and also gave me great advice on some other plumbing related projects that I wanted to do myself. He was very conscientious in his work and he was careful to "work clean". I didn't notice until he was leaving that he had collected all the old plumbing hardware, which was now garbage, in a bag and was taking it away to dispose. I will call Valentin the next time I need plumbing help and I recommend that you do as well.

We had several shut off valves installed. Valentin was able to assess the work before hand with pictures via email, saving him and us time. Super professional and very nice! Explained in detail the process and answered all our questions about future repairs and upgrades. No pressure to get additional work done. Valentin even replaced a toilet shut off valve for free. (THANK YOU!) Will definitely call again.

Called Valentin after reading positive review after positive review. Had a sump pump problem I didn't know how to fix. The issue turned out to be so basic that he was able to guide me through fixing it with a series of clear and informative text messages. How's that for service?!?! He definitely deserves all the praise.

Valentin is EXCELLENT to work with. Very professional. Ensures that the work is tested (no leaks) and does a thorough inspection before the installation. He made sure that before installing a replacement toilet that all existing elements were in solid working order. He is honest and will not charge you for things you don't need. Highly recommend!

I was impressed by his professionalism and could see the years of experience in the quality of his work. I called him to get my leaky main shutoff valve replaced very close to the holidays. He was very accommodating and was able to come right away. It took him all of 30 minutes and he came back to check for leaks.
