Valentin came by to help me replace a few valves around the house, including my main water valve. His work was impeccable. He had my main water valve soldered and replaced within 30 minutes. Even the Markham Water Works guy who shut off the external water supply was impressed with his speed. Valentin was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. All my valves were replaced perfectly and to the pre-agreed upon price. Would most definitely call again and recommend to others.

Since we had to go under the floor, we redid all the underground stuff. We replaced the incoming water line from lead to 3/4" copper and Valentin helped with information about getting the city to prioritize us to replace the lead pipe on the city side. We also put in the backflow valve and replaced all the old clay sewer pipe from the city all the way to the main stack of the house. He and his crew were helpful and professional the entire time, even through all the difficulties that inevitably arise. They showed up on time and worked hard until the job was complete.

My family is very grateful to Valentin. He was very punctual and respectful. He did an great job with his team installing the backwater valve. Also, our toilets were running and we had clogged and rusted piping under one our sinks which he repaired perfectly. We feel very lucky to have found someone has knowledgeable as Valentin. Again, thank you for an excellent job!

Strong Plumbing was recommended by a friend who had them install a backwater sewer valve in their home. We had an excellent experience with this company and the workmanship and work was done expertly and to ours and the inspector's satisfaction. Valentine answered calls promptly and professionally. Clean-up was also to our satisfaction, as it was installed outside. Also, his price was very fair, compared to other higher quotes that we had. I'd definitely recommend this company!

I found Strong Plumbing on Homestars and called Valentin and two other plumbers for quotes to replace the lead piping in my home. Valentin was the only one of the three that came on time to give me a quote and quoted a significantly cheaper price as well although the work was somewhat complicated by the location of the water meter. The day of the work was totally stress-free; Valentin and his crew took care of everything and talked me through the work that they did and answered my many questions very patiently. The crew even made repairs to my leaky shower on the spot. I will call Strong for all of my plumbing from now on.

Absolutely stellar service. The fridge water line install went quickly and smoothly, owner showed up on time, very professional. Big project to replace old lead pipes and install new copper water line. Was on-time, very polite crew, done perfectly. I would highly recommend Strong Plumbing, and will be my "go-to" plumber for all services in the future!

It began with a major plumbing problem a day after we moved into our new home. The downstairs laundry sink was backing up quite drastically. We called one company (a bigger one) and they subsequently came, charged us an arm and a leg for nothing and left a huge mess. They said I had a broken pipe in the basement and that it would have to be dug up. They said it would cost $4800. I called Valentin at Strong plumbing the next day to get another opinion. His crew (Dennis et al) came promptly, and did an amazing job which was completed that day. Very professional, knowledgeable and communicative. They went the extra mile!! AND Broken pipe issue was resolved for 1/3 of what the other company estimated. Not only that, in the midst of a crisis, as a first time home owner, I was given peace of mind. For a little bit more (since they were digging up my basement anyway) Valentin's crew roughed in a shower and toilet drain. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My last encounter with Valentin was in 2012 and I thought he would forget about me considering the hundreds of clients and the passage of time but to my surprise - he still remembered. Anyway, my master ensuite toilet was leaking and after I left a voice message, he promptly returned my call and set up an appointment. Just like he did 2 years ago, Valentin diagnosed the problem and got to work immediately. I had the fill-in valve, flapper and braided supply line replaced. Val even checked my other toilet (for the kids) if it had the same problem at no cost and gave me some tips on how to determine if there was any leakage. He also showed me how to clean the fill-in valve, if in case there was some residue from the water main pipe replacement that was also happening on my street. Valentin was courteous, polite and very pleasant to deal with - just like the first time I met him. He was very considerate of my home and property i.e. wore shoe covers to protect the floors/carpert, cleaned up after the repair. So lucky to have found him in Homestars in 2012 and still privileged to find him in the same excellent form 2 years later. I recommended him to 2 of my friends even though they lived in Mississauga and North York. Thank you Valentin!

I heard about Strong Plumbing through HomeStars and the high ratings for Valentin were spot on. He is a true professional and has deep knowledge of his trade. He was punctual, followed up immediately on key items and was a pleasure to work with. I had issues with my garburator and a few of my toilets and he solved all challenges. I would highly recommend him to others.

We originally hire strong plumbing to replace our water line. A few weeks later we had a main sewer backup do to a root in the basement. We were impressed with their work on our waterline and thought they would be perfect. The main sewer line replacement was very messy and required a lot of digging. The workers were all very respectful and tried to be as neat as possible. Once all the work was done they cleaned up thoroughly! I would recommend them to anyone! These guys are pros.
