I contacted Valentine at Strong Plumbing after having called a few other top rated plumbing companies on this site and all refused to give me a ballpark idea how much it would cost me to replace the main water valve in my home. Strong Plumbing was the first company to give me an idea what it would cost so I decided to go with this company also knowing that many others here have had a good experience. Valentine helped me through the whole process and was very courteous. When Valentine arrived he put on slips on his shoe so that he would not dirty any of my floors and then explained to me the what he was going to do. He also confirmed the price he quoted me over the phone will also be exactly what this job would cost. When Valentine finished I was so impressed with his service and cost that I got him to do another job on the spot that also involved in changing all my valves in the kitchen under the sink. I highly recommend Valentine due to the fact that he is very reasonably priced and the service is top notch.

My husband and I own a home built in the1920's and the water pipe coming in was lead. With the arrival of our new baby we decided to get it replaced with a copper pipe. After much research and a couple of quotes we went with Strong Plumbing. Val came out gave us a quote and in a matter of days the work was done. His team of guys were excellent. They were quick, efficient and VERY neat and tidy. We highly reccomend them.

Valentin is a very straightforward man: describes the job, completes it within prescribed time, no fuss, no muss. And he's very helpful: he identified the high-end european fixture we had (other plumbers had no idea), gave me contact names to source the parts (which landed up being no-cost).

Valentin and his crews replaced the entire sewer line from clay pipes to PVC pipes, the water service line from lead pipes to copper pipes and also placed a backwater valve to prevent future flooding of the basement. The guys arrived early each day and kept the workplace safe and tidy. When the work was finished, all the openings were recemented and swept clean and free of debris. It's a major plumbing job and we find Valentin's team very capable and trustworthy.

Our old toilet started leaking, and I called Valentin based on his HomeStars reviews. He came the same day to check it out, and after some discussion we decided to buy a new one. He gave us a lot of helpful information regarding models, prices, etc, and did not charge us for that service call. After we purchased a new toilet, he came back to install it and did an excellent job, although it was a technically difficult installation due to a very tight space. He also replaced two shower dividers in two separate bathrooms. Our new toilet and showers work perfectly now. Valentin was very knowledgeable, curteous and left everything clean and tidy. They also took out our old toilet to the curb and even cut up the toilet box so it was easy to put in recycling! I highly recommend him and will definitely call him back for any future plumbing needs.

We live in the Yonge/Eglinton area in a old house, and the existing dishwasher water hook up was soldered copper. A small job, but a big problem for people like us with no knowledge or tools. We submitted a website inquiry and Valentin responded instantly. The appointment was scheduled shortly and Valentin was fast, clean and competent. I feel assured now that I have his card on my fridge. Thank you!

Had a bad leak over labour day weekend. Valentin got back super quick on Tues when I called, worked me in (I suspect on his lunch break) and arrived promptly. Work was undertaken in highly professional manner; options were outlined and Valentin took care not to pressure but to inform clearly and made sure I understood issues/choices etc. Work was completed quickly, Valentin and ass't both courteous, very tidy in work, very quick and careful and were very good about working with a problem pet who was visiting. Work costs came in exactly as outlined--no surprises. Indeed he replaced old/poorer quality hoses at no additional costs. Guarantees his work for 1 year . Very pleased will definitely use again. I hired Strong Plumbing to install a new waterline to my house. I found everyone to be professional and hard working and they did an excellent job. They showed up when promised, did the job expertly and left everything neat and tidy. They put drop cloths on the basement stairs and floor to protect them from dirt. They dug a hole in the basement floor which was later expertly filled in and cemented. The holes they dug outside were cleanly done and afterwards neatly filled in again. Everything was left neat and tidy. I was very impressed with their work. Thanks!

After using Strong plumbing last year and having top notch service I did not hesitate to contact Valintin once again when our kitchen faucet and under sink plumbing required replacing. I highly reccomend this company and Valentin is the best, thanks once again for great sevice.

Valentin did a fantastic job for us. It was a small job but he knew we did not have any water in the kitchen and was able to schedule our work between other jobs he had. He arrived in the time discussed, was very friendly, knowledgeable, explained what he recommended and why, did the work quickly and left the area very neat and tidy once completed. I would not hesitate to call Valentin again for any other plumbing work in our house.
