Answered call on a Sunday, arrived as scheduled on Monday, did investigation on hot water problem, pinpointed it to water heater and Direct Energy problem and a first for a plumber in Toronto....didn't charge me for the service call since no end result. What a gentleman and really puts a refreshing face on the Service Industry.

Wow. What can I say - great experience. Professional from first contact to finish. Val diagnosed the problems, fixed them, and then cleaned up after himself, explaining everything along the way. Since my husband was at work and I was in charge of getting the stuff fixed, the explanations and a solid quote (which was honoured) were much appreciated. Val solved a 12 year old mystery with our leaking tub (which was NOT a plumbing problem, despite having paid two previous plumbers in a vain attempt to fix it). Very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this gentleman for your plumbing needs. I never write reviews, so you gotta know that I am impressed ! Thanks Val, really appreciated your help. SS

I've been putting up with leaky taps and a broken pipe in my garage plus a shower with no hot water. I found Strong Plumbing through this service and was completely taken aback when Val was able to come the next day, first think in the morning and complete all the work that had to be done right away. He explained everything to me and just as he was finishing up I mentioned a problem in my kitchen. Val proceeded to locate the source of the problem and fixed the drain for the cost of the part--no labour charged. You can't beat that! Excellent service, straightforward explanations and 100% satisfaction! Thank you so much Val!

I was totally impressed with how fast I was able to get this repair done, as well as with the fine workmanship done. I found Strong Plumbing Co through HomeStars and contacted Mr. Sasu via e-mail. He replied immediately, included a quote and said he would be available when I had arranged with the city for the water to be turned off from the street. Once this was arranged, Mr. Sasu showed up promptly, and completed the job in under an hour. He was very courteous and tidy (even wore shoe protectors upon entering our home!). Mr. Sasu also provided advice for some issues I had with other shut-off valves in the house. He even found the proper fitting hex wrench to loosen the set screw (and he greased it for easier access in the future) on my shower faucet . Mr. Sasu was true to his quote and went the extra mile by offering some useful tips. I would strongly recommend him and will definitely call him again if any plumbing issues arise.

Our water meter installation required that we replace our old water main connection pipe that was leaking. I called Val and he came by the next day to take a look. My wife and I were impressed by his friendly style and competitive quote. His crew arrived two days later and did a great job. They had to dig a large hole in our garden but when they left you wouldn't even know they had been there. Neighbours and family were amazed. Our basement furnace room was also left very clean. We now have a fresh new pipe supplying our household water. Overall we were very impressed and would not hesitate to use Strong Plumbing again or recommend them to others.

We hired a "handy man" to install hoses by the toilet. He did a horrible job. We contacted Val at Strong (via Homestars) and he had me take a few pictures and send them to him. He quoted the job via e-mail, we set the time for him to come do the job. He came early, did the job quickly, did few additional things (no charge) and was on his way. Perfect!

This is the third time in that many years when I called Valentin for a plumbing job, this time to have a cast iron kitchen sink installed.. As always, Vali arrived right when he said he would and installed the sink in no time. Definitely he knows his trade very well! As before, I was very pleased with the final result. Valentin returned my call promptly, arrived when he said he would, was very courteous and patient with my questions, gave good advice and didn't recommend more work than was truly required. He and his co-worker covered nearby furniture so it wouldn't get dirty, they worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The new valve and tap work perfectly, and he taught me how to properly prepare the pipe when winter comes. Valentin was also kind enough to spend an extra 5 minutes fixing a loose shower tap and provided me with some advice on other plumbing questions I had. The end price was very fair (there was no extra charge for the shower tap and advice and disposing of the dead mouse they found in the ceiling by the valve - yuck!!). Thanks Valentin (and sorry again about the mouse! How embarassing!)! I will definitely call Strong Plumbing next time the need arises.

We needed a new water main to replace our old rusty lead pipe before we could get our water meter installed. Valentine's 2 men came over a couple of days after I called. him. They were very professional, did a great job and left everything tidy. This is the 3rd time Valetine has done work for me. Highly recommend him.

Val helped to change our toilets and to change our outdoor spigot which was leaking. As always, he was punctual and professional in his dealings. He explained everything up-front and there were no surprises. He also provided advice on to what to watch out for in order to maintain our plumbing and to avoid unnecessary costs. I would highly recommend Strong Plumbing and would not hesitate to call him again or recommend his services to friends and family (which I have).
