Valentin of Strong's Plumbing was amazing--immediately responded to my initial text (even though it was a Sunday evening), told me within the hour what the job would entail, and when he'd be able to do the work. He arrived right on time, having kept me posted via text, and was finished quickly (despite some surprises c/o our shower). His clean-up was impeccable. Best of all? My husband was in the house while Valentin was doing the work, while I was downtown at my office. Valentin kept both of us posted--he even sent me photos. I really appreciated his keeping me in the loop, when he could just as easily have dealt only with my husband. Thanks, Valentin!

I recently hired Strong Plumbing, based on excellent HomeStars reviews, to work on installing a sump pit, and updating a very old sump pump (that did not have a sump pit). I concur with the excellent rating for this company. Valentin was always quick to communicate via text when I got in touch. I had cautioned that the area where my old sump pump sits is pretty tight, and he came prepared with multiple sizes of sump pits to ensure one would fit. The work was completed in a day by Valentin, Dennis (sp?) and another person (I didnt catch his name), and everything was cleaned up nicely. Valentin also provided all the links needed to the City of Toronto Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy program, and provided the itemized receipt and photos needed for the application. I recommend Strong Plumbing wholeheartedly.

We needed our main valve replaced and Valentin did a great job helping us understand how to coordinate with the city. On the day of work, he was on time and very efficient.

I found Valentin from excellent reviews on Homestar and I have to say, Valentin does live up to those glowing reviews. I texted him and received a reply within 24 hours, asked me to send pictures of my problem, gave me a quote and set up appointment. On the day of the appointment, he showed up on time, completed the job nicely. Thank you Valentin.

Valentin has been incredible. He communicates very well and is extremely approachable. He addressed our clogged kitchen sink in a matter or minutes and recommended strainers to avoid the situation from happening again. I am grateful for his quality service, overall delivery and expertise. He truly goes above and beyond and addresses your questions/concerns, even if he has to come back to you. Highly recommend!

This is the second occasion I have hired Valentin from Strong Plumbing. Both experiences have exceeded my expectations for professionalism, communication, speed, and results. He works efficiently and leaves behind no mess. This time I had him install a back up battery operated sump pump. In addition to doing the work, he also advised me of a City of Toronto subsidy and counselled me on how to complete the application. I have already referred him to a friend seeking similar work, and would hire him again for all plumbing needs.

What a great experience we had with Valentin! Super helpful, professional and recommended a great water efficient toilet. Installation was so fast and we were saved from a leaky old toilet in pretty quick order! We are so grateful for the quick turnaround and 10/10 would recommend Strong Plumbing!

I contacted Valentin to install a backwater valve and I couldn't be happier. Valentin and his crew (Denys and Serghei) were super professional and took the time to explain everything to me. Denys even helped me correct our laundry room drain cover. What a guy. Valentin's communication is excellent...he responds to text messages faster than my wife! Anyway, I highly recommend Strong Plumbing. Now I don't have to worry about sewage flooding my basement.

Valentin got back to us via text within 24 hours and completed the job within 2 hours of giving us an estimate (which was 15-20% lower than what two of his competitors quoted). Other companies wanted to charge $40-$100 just for their contractors to come take a look at the damage but Valentin was able to give us an estimate via text based on photos alone and the final price was exactly what he promised. One of our sump pump exit pipes was stressed and got damaged due to the improper install by the original contractors (not Strong Plumbing Inc) but Valentin was happy to help us out with the fix and even went above and beyond to explain everything. He installed new rubber couplings that would allow some movement something the original contractor never thought of doing. We are very happy with his service and really appreciate the expertise and value of having a contractor with decades of experience. We highly recommend Strong Plumbing Inc, thanks again for your work Valentin!

My valve was leaking, and the flush needed to be replaced. I contacted Valentin and responded immediately. I send him a couple of photos and he gave me a quote. The appointment was for the next morning, and he showed up on time. He did an excellent job repairing and replacing the parts. He explained everything in detail. I recommend him for any plumbing work. He is one of a kind and I was very impressed with his professionalism.
