Our old shut off valve broke off and needed to be replaced. After reaching out to 4 different plumbers, Strong Plumbing came out to be the best option. After booking an appointment, Valentin was very responsive and kept me in the loop on when he would arrive. Even when he was late due to traffic conditions, he sent me a short text to let me know. Always good to be in the loop. Upon arrival, Valentin got to work and completed the job efficiently. A pleasure to deal with.

I am a very impressed, repeat customer of Valentin's and I will definitely return again without hesitation. For this latest service, I hired Strong Plumbing to work on a rental property, which was a very tricky job. I was not able to be onsite, but due to the trust Valentin has built with me, this was not an issue for me at all. Valentin's professionalism and honesty throughout the job was fantastic. He took the time to continually update me with photos and messages, he helped me problem solve when unforeseen issues arose, and he suggested the most practical and economical solutions. I found Valentin to be very easy going and truly helpful. The job was completed very quickly and smoothly and I appreciated Valentin's recommendations for how to avoid future issues. I will be a repeat customer for future plumbing jobs, and I highly recommend his company to others!

Valentin was great in communication and coordinating a time. When he arrived was very friendly and quick to work, would hire again!

Valentin and team came to replace our incoming water main as we had poor water pressure. Excellent communications, showed up when he said he would and they worked quickly and efficiently. Denys and Sergei walked me through the job as it went on, and best of all, did a great clean up afterwards inside and out. (Actually the best of all is that we have great water pressure now!) Highly recommend Strong Plumbing.

We had previously had Valentin work on our kitchen fixtures, and replace the shower head and bath taps. We also asked him to replace our very old bathroom sink taps and the pipes. As always, he did a great job. He came on time, did a terrific job, with minimal fuss or mess. I know that when Valentin is working, I don't have to worry; so as I was working from home yesterday, that's what I did and left him to do his work. As mentioned in a previous review, Valentin is amazing at what he does. He is courteous, patient, explains the work being done, is very organized, clean and methodical. I had a clogged kitchen drain. I tried everything to unclog the drain but nothing worked. Not my own snake, my own auger, vinegar/baking soda, drano, or plunger could fix the problem. I reached out to Valentin and explained the issue. He wasn't able to come by for a few days as he was extremely busy. I told him I would wait as long as I could as I didn't want to use and/or take the chance in hiring someone else to do the job. Valentin went out of his way to re-arrange his work orders in order to see me earlier. I would have waited anyways but I very much appreciate the empathy Valentin had towards my situation. He said it himself that he didn't want me to wait as the kitchen sink is an area that is used most often. Valentin is so easy to deal with, he's down to earth, he listens, he understands and he cares. Always a pleasure.

I had two valves to be changed. Valentin replied quickly to my enquiry. He was prompt and well prepared for the job. His work was quick, tidy, and checked prior to leaving. He is very courteous and patient answering all questions. I highly recommend his services.

Valentin was quick to reply to my inquiries, his work was properly and professionally completed, and he courteously went to pick up the new faucet on my behalf. The plumbing work was done for a reasonable sum, and the work was completed when Valentin said it would be. I would recommend Valentin as a good and helpful plumber.

We had a faucet that wouldnt turn on and was leaking. Val was very helpful in fixing our problem and reasonable in his fee!

Valentin was very professional, friendly, punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered our texts promptly and provided pricing and help regarding making an appointment with the city to shut off our main intake water valve to coincide with Valentin's appointment at our house. We had our water shut-off valve in the basement replaced, laundry room sink taps replaced, washing machine taps and hoses replaced. While he was here we asked him to check our kitchen sink drain pipes which were leaking - he replaced the 2 drain baskets. No more leaks thanks to Valentin. We also need to have the main ABS drain T joint in the basement replaced, which we have Valentin do. This is our first experience with Home stars and couldn't be happier with the outcome and Valentin. We highly recommend his services.
