After searching the market for a company who can install a Toto Aquaia toilet, I choose Valentin from Strong Plumbing to go ahead and install my toilet. Aquaia requires a lot of extra work but Valentin has a lot of patience and he did the work very professionally. I will definitely use his services again, I am thinking now to re-do a bathroom completely and Valentin will help me with the plumbing. Cheers, M.

After we got a hole in out main water pipe behind the ceiling and left without water in the whole house, we called Valentin and he was able to schedule us on very short notice. He was extremely professional, well mannered and finished the job in time and efficiently. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Valentin!

I called Strong Plumbing on Saturday Jan 14and they called me back on Sunday Jan 15. I spoke with Valentin and he came over on Monday Jan 16 at 1pm as he said he would...he cleared the drain from the source..which was the main stack that was plugged with debris from over the years...we had tried several drain cleaners..just a waste of money. I would recommend Strong Plumbing to anyone. Valentin was courteous, professional and even willing to give me some great advice regarding the hose from my washer. I knew from the minute I talked to him on the phone that I could trust him and the price was very very reasonable. Great service Valentin!!

Having made many many calls for someone to come and assist me with a few plumbing jobs, I finally decided to try the simpler ones with the help of a friend. While they were largely successful, there were "side effect" - the shut off valve for the hot water pipe serving the kitchen faucet and the water supply hose to the toilet sprang little leaks. I contacted Valentin on a Sunday, he and I communicated back and forth and he came, as scheduled, the next day. He very quickly and efficiently diagnosed and explained the problems and the fixes and provided a very reasonable quote. He was able to do the job immediately and it didn't take very long before he had my kitchen faucet and my toilet working properly again. He also gave me some valuable tips for future. This is the second time we have used Valentin for our plumbing needs. We have completely renovated the powder room and had Valentin come in to install the sink and the toilet. Valentin gave us a 1/2-hour window for his arrival and he made it within that time frame!. Valentin is very professional, and does his job quickly and efficiently. I have already booked him for another job, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. For sure you'll not be dissapointed!

I am so glad to have found Valentin! He did the rough-in and install of our entire new powder room, as part of our basement finishing. Not only is his work exceptional, he is professional, responsive, always kept in touch at every stage and came as promised exactly when he said he would, knowledgeable... and he is a genuinely nice man who we enjoyed having work here! When there was a manufacturer's defect with the toilet I had purchased, he waited without complaint while I exchanged it even though it made for a longer day for him. Another day he rearranged his schedule for me so I could get the correct vanity. (While here he also installed our coffee machine to the water supply, and we are in heaven). I am 100% happy with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him and I will definitely hire Valentin again!

The supply pipe to our shower/bath was leaking behind the tile shower wall, and our old (50+ years) shower fixtures were leaking and needed replacement. Valentin was very helpful right from our first telephone contact, and after reviewing some photos we had e-mailed him, he assured us that he could perform the repairs from the clothes closet on the other side of the shower wall rather than having to break open the tile shower wall. Valentin installed new fixtures in place of the leaking (and oddly shaped) old ones, again without having to break any tiles. He also replaced the galvanized pipe from the shower/tub diverter valve to the shower head with copper pipe, which resulted in much better water pressure. Valentin was very knowledgeable and courteous, as well as being very responsive and efficient. We are very satisfied with the work he did.

Val called us within an hour after we left a message. He arranged to come the next morning. Val arrived on time and put on shoe covers before stepping foot into the house. We told Val that we were pretty sure that we had a leak in one of our bathrooms, but it wasn't an obvious leak. Val was very thorough before cutting into the ceiling of the main floor, which was soggy. I should mentioned that before cutting, he had covered his work area with drop covers, and had buckets ready. As soon as he sawed a small square, water came dripping out. Val was able to find a small pinhole in the water line. He was able to repair the line, and cut away the ceiling that was damaged. He was very friendly, courteous, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. It was quite obvious that he enjoyed his work. Val cleaned everything up before he left. His work carries a 1 year warranty. I would highly recommend him without a doubt. Thank you Val!
