We contacted Valentin on Saturday & he returned our call immediately. He arrived at our house exactly at the time promised and did a very thorough, professional job at a reasonable price. He is an extremely pleasant person and a knowledgeable, efficient plumber. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job.

I called Strong Plumbing when the water from my washing machine was bubbling up the centre drain in the basement. Valentin arrived early the next morning. He cleared roots from the main pipe going from the house to the street. He also cleared the interior drain and gave me some great ideas on how to maintain clear drain pipes. Valentin is prompt, professional, courteous, reasonably priced and very, very helpful. I highly recommend Strong Plumbing to anyone needing an excellent Plumber.

I recently reached Valentin through Home Stars and found his service was of exceptionally good quality. A number of small jobs, including replacing outdoor faucets, tightening sink taps and replacing a copper pipe and a valve for a humidifier unit were expertly and quickly completed and at a reasonable price. Valentin's courteous manner and helpful advice is pleasant to have when you need repairs done. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable plumber.

Valentin was very professional and we are very happy with the work he did on our basement bathroom rough-in. He was very courteous and even saved the loudest work for when our little baby was not napping. Within 24 hours of emailing him, he had contacted me, arranged to come and give an estimate and upon arrival, was able to complete all the jobs the same day. We have an older house and needed several plumbing repairs including new taps in our bathtub, a new tap for the laundry tub and new tap connections for the washing machine. We were particularly concerned about not damaging the existing bathtub tiles andd walls. Not only was Valentin very knowledgeable and experienced, he arrived with the proper products for our situation and was able to do the repairs expertly, quickly and efficiently. He and his assistant were polite, helpful, wore "booties" in the house and cleaned up after themselves. He also made some excellent suggestions in general on how to keep the plumbing working smoothly. We greatly appreciated his talents and would definitely recommend him to anyone. I had a new dishwasher and no existing space for it. I went to Home Star webiste to find a professional plumber to do the job. I saw the Strong Plumbing Co. with a good ratings on it. So I decided to Contact Valentin and explain to him about my problem, new dishwasher with no existing space. After an hour he came for his free estimate of what to be done. After a couple of calls from other plumber I decided to hire Valentin for his fair price and clearly explanation of the job. He came in the morning early than the time schedule he gave but I am happy about it at least my kids still in bed. His very professional and repectful person, he wore uniform, wore shoe cover, cleaned up the mess after. One more thing, he gave a preventive advise for things he saw at my house that might cause problem in the future. And he fixed my kitchen faucet for free. I am happy for it and he did a very good job. Thank you Valentin and keep up the good work. Highly recommended to anyone.

Not only did he install and repair what I asked him to do, he gave me lots of recommendations on preventative maintenance, and suggested alternatives for repairing old fixtures that are giving us problems. He is a very flexible thinker, and offers really practical solutions. He even helped me apply for a rebate for my new toilet, even though I had already bought it!
