We wanted to change a bathroom sink without modifying our existing counter. This proved to be a slight problem but Valentin persevered and came up with a solution that worked very well.(It did involve me running to Shoppers Drug Mart and buying silver nail polish. LOL) His price was fair, he thoroughly cleaned up after himself and even wore shoe coverings as to not track dirt on our floor! I would not hesitate to use him again. A real tribute to the HomeStars community!

Valentin was professional, very respectful of the house and brand new hardwood flooring. He did a fantastic job and answered all of my questions. I will be recommending him and calling him again for future projects.

My toilet at main floor got plugged. Valentin has done work for my friends and they recommended him to me. I called Val.I received a very quick response, he was at my house in less than an hour and solved my problem. Val managed my problem in a very professional way, he covered the floor with tarps, used gloves and protected the area around the toilet. Toilet is working again and is good as new. After my several attempts to repair my kitchen tap, I came to the conclusion that it is time to call a profesional. So I called a few companies and I got some qoutes , one of them was from Strong Plumbing and was by far the most reasonable for the kind of tap I wanted. After the call went thru, Valentin and his assistant came, in a matter of two hours the job was done. I am a happy customer, not just for the quality of the work (and the two shutoffs Valentin installed for free) but for the care he took to my house. Always wearing booties, covering the floor, cleaning after, I was trully impressed with their work. My wife was I think happier than me, because there was no cleaning needed after job was done. This being said, I wish all the best to Valentin and his company, he's my lifetime plumber.

When our sump pump stopped working we had one tradesperson who advised we needed to redo all our weeping tile at a cost of thousands in order to prevent further dirt from clogging the sump pump. We got a second opinion from Valentin who pointed out that the size of the debris meant it must have been from the original installation and not from the weeping tile. He came promptly, did a careful job and explained all our options. The cost was completely reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with.

We have called on Valentin on two occasions. Both times we found him to be prompt, reliable, courteous and efficient. In addition to fixing the leaks, he secured the wobbly toilet assemblies to prevent recurrence. He did a thorough clean-up after completing the work. We have been TOTALLY satisfied with his service and have no hesitation in recommending him. We will definitely call him whenever we need plumbing services in the future.

called one morning ..he was there two hours later..did a excellent job quickly and he was very helpful with some advice..he wore booties so there were not any marks on the carpet..very considerate..you can't go wrong with valentin..

We had a leak. Phoned Strong. Within one hour Valentin was there. He was effective in addressing our leak and was very reasonably priced. We asked his advice on another matter (cleaning a clogged drain). He did not push his services on us in any way. We chose to use him for the second issue. He again did an excellent job and was reasonably priced. We will use him in the future if we have any plumbing problems.

I tried but couldn't get the bathroom sinks to drain properly. Valentin showed up within 2 hours of my call. Problem turned out to be bad original plumbing (our house is replete with bad plumbing). Not only did Valentin clear the drain; but he also broke through a wall hidden by bathroom cabinets and replaced the original plumbing to make future drain blockages easy to clean out. Valentin always wears bootees, always cleans up after himself and always stays within his quote. Use him. You won't ever complain.

Val is extremely reliable and did a great job completely changing our plumbing set-up in part of our house. He was always available to consult with, and he worked efficiently and around our schedule with completing the rest of the renovation. He is exceptionally dependable and really pleasant to work with.
