The repair of the drain pipe from the kitchen sink was super fast and clean. Valentine was polite and efficient, we would gladly call again for any work.

This is the third time I used Valentine and I received great service again! I had messaged Valentine about installing water line for a new fridge. He was busy and informed me right away that it might take some time before he could come - we were happy to wait for him for his exceptional service as we were not in a rush. About two weeks after, my kitchen faucet had problems. I messaged Valentine again to tell him that we had problems with our faucet and he came right away the next morning to fix our faucet and install the water line. Tidy, thorough, and professional! Will continue to use Valentine for all our plumbing needs.

I contacted Valentin because of a broken toilet flange. Shortly after he asked for photos and he gave me 2 options with quotes. Once I made my choice we agreed on a day. We had 2 leaky taps replaced, and the cause of a mystery leak determined with advice provided on how we can stop it. Valentine is extremely professional, polite and great to deal with. Covid aware and safe! He did not charge us for the leak detection, nor for a quick fix under our kitchen sink. He also noticed another faucet in our house which needs a cartridge replacement to avoid problems down the road and advised me how to obtain a new cartridge for free from Moen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Valentine and Strong Plumbing to any of our friends and family.

Valentin is the Best ! He is extremely professional, very pleasant and he takes pride in is work. I had two new toilet installations and after reading several reviews I contacted Valentin. He responded quickly and communicated each step of the process with me. He also is a master at scheduling his response times, and job date arrival time. Valentin wore blue covered shoes, and expertly prepped for the jobs right away. He upgraded parts, and also explained aspects of the process when I had concerns.
