Valentine made the replacement of our two 3-hole bathroom faucets in our master bathroom very efficient. He was easy to contact, prompt in his responses, professional, courteous, very efficient and knowledgeable in replacing our faucets. The new faucets look great and work well. Thank you Valentine!

This is the second time we called on Valentin for plumbing work. On this occasion, our kitchen faucet had seized. We purchased a new one and called on Valentin to do the installation. Valentin is always very responsive and professional. The new faucet was installed very quickly and the work was top notch. We are very happy with our new faucet! We highly recommend Valentin for any plumbing work.

I called Strong Plumbing asking for a sump pump replacement quote. Valentine replied promptly, helped to choose the necessary equipment provided a quote and scheduled the work quickly. The work was done right on time. Valentine was courteous and respectful of our home and safety. He wore slippers over his shoes to protect the floor, was meticulous to keep the work area clean and completed the work efficiently. He tested the system when finished and left the place spotless. He also provided assistance to fill some necessary City Of Toronto forms. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future. Thank you Valentine.

Valentin was responsive by txt and slotted us in to his busy schedule as soon as he could. Work was completed for the quoted price and the workmanship was very good. He’s obviously very experienced and honest - he will be our go to plumber from now on.

If you are hesitating to hire a plumber because you’re unsure of the job, worried about cost or anything else ...look no further. Valentine is extremely professional and has excellent communication skills from quoting the job through to completion of the job. He kept me updated on arrival time and showed up when he said he would. He replaced/updated some leaking shut off valves, repaired the “guts” of 2 toilets and lastly took on a bigger job of fixing a leaking toilet. Turned out to be a bigger job due to a crack in the flange under the wax seal. He was able to come up with a very cost effective solution as well as a very fair price for the addition parts that were required. Valentine is very honest and also took the time to explain everything to me as he went along. Very much appreciated and made me feel super comfortable with my choice of professional! The main drain decided to back up and flood my basement office ... as usual, it started on the Saturday morning of a long weekend! I called Strong Plumbing because they had done work on my drainage system more than 5 years ago. Even though Valentine was out of town, he made a great effort from a distance to organize one of his colleagues to come on the holiday to clear the drain and conduct a diagnostic inspection (which fortunately found no other problems). Denys was as friendly, knowledgeable and efficient as Valentine has always been. The problem was fixed; the camera inspection was explained to me clearly and the price was entirely fair with no "emergency" markup. I am pleased give Strong Plumbing my whole-hearted recommendation. I have learned my lessons: now I will get them to come more regularly to service my drain system!

After not having much luck getting my usual plumber in to perform a handful of plumbing projects, I ventured on to HomeStars and found Val of Strong Plumbing. He had responded within a couple hours and we spoke about the scope of work, and even provided pricing for much of the work over the phone(Main & other interior shut-off valve replacement, garden valves, etc) He was open, honest, and I really had the feeling he was genuine and immediately scheduled him. Val arrived a week later to perform the works and I gotta say, he was fantastic! I met with him upon arrival to do a quick walk-thru and review the works. With a few of them being a little involved, I was apprehensive about heading to work and not being there to support but he sent progress photos the entire day as he progressed thru the scope. Val completed the entire scope with great detail and care, plus a few additional items as things surfaced, and did not deviate from the quoted price. I really respect him for his genuine and honest approach to doing business and that clearly shows in his quality of work and care for his customers! Thank you Val!
