Valentine was very prompt to our request to replace our sump pump. He was polite, professional and hands down the best trades person we have hired. I wish all home projects could be this simple. I would highly recommend Strong plumbing to anyone.

Valentine texted me back within minutes and after I provided him with the relevant information, he was able to give an accurate quote and a specific date and time when he was able to complete the repair (very reasonable). He was on time and completed the repair quickly and well. He also provided very good advice regarding the warranty on the product. Finally, he provided pictures of the repair and an itemized invoice/receipt. It was pleasure to interact with him and I will certainly have Strong Plumbing Inc. on my speed dial if I need future assistance.

My kitchen sink was draining very slow for a few weeks and times water just sat there for a while. Needed urgent help. Tried Durango de-clogging by liquid and vinegar/baking soda tricks suggested by internet research but no success. Tried to snake the pipe but no vain either. Called Strong Plumbing and a couple hours later, Professional help was there. Very careful, professional and to the point advice. Valentin, explained that the clogging point would be in the basement, but since it was already concealed in the basement walls, so he used his RIDGID cordless 25ft snake all the way, grabbed on to some gunk. He explained that the current double sink piping scheme under the sink wasn't rightly done either but I took the opportunity to correct that as well. The entire work was done in about an hour. He worked very professionally, had his all toolset handy and spare parts to use right there to finish the work and left with a clean work area. Really impressed and would highly recommend and I hope Valentin keeps his reputation high and professional like I experienced. Thank you.

Great, professional work at a reasonable price. I would recommend and use again. Valentin came to replace part of my drain which was clogged with old roots. The part that needed replacement was under my porch so he had to use the trenchless technology which made the job more complex. He was great to work with, got all the necessary permits, had two crews on site to make sure that the job would be done in a day and left the site clean. He also fixed a leaky pipe while he was here which was greatly appreciated.

Valentine was friendly, professional and quick. He did a great job replacing the corroded pipes under the kitchen sink and everything works great. I would highly recommend.
