Valentin fixed a seized shower handle quickly, efficiently and for a very good competitive price. A shower handle being very difficult to turn is a common problem according to my online research. Most of the time, the cartridge (and handle) need replacing. Ours was left too long and the cartridge was also broken in pieces, which he had to remove one by one. Valentin is an honest and upfront plumber - something that’s very important nowadays. Would hire him for ALL our plumbing needs!

We have a baby due later this year and live in a century home. We were worried about lead pipes and contacted Valentin. He was very helpful in walking us through the steps and providing us with a very good quote. We were able to arrange an appointment quickly, he and his team arrived on time and did a fantastic job removing the old lead and ensuring that we'll have good copper pipes providing clean water for us and our young one. Clean-up afterwards was fantastic as well, like they were never there. He was also able to provide replacement for my neighbours at the same time who were unaware that they also had lead. Can't recommend enough and am already looking to book them again for other work. - Stephen

As a new homeowner, I am constantly discovering and learning about home maintenance– today’s lesson was on plumbing. Valentine at Strong Plumbing Inc. not only patiently walked me through the issue I was having with a leaky exterior faucet but gave a fair and honest price for the excellent work done. And he was swift! He’ll definitely be on speed dial from now on.

I found this company on Homestars and called because of the great reviews. Valentin responded immediately and he diagnosed the problem through a few texts. He even called me to make sure that I was ordering the right parts. He came the following day and fixed the problem. He had to replace a thermostatic valve and 2 check valves in my shower which were causing a crossover of hot and cold water. He explained everything to me and repaired the problem easily. He was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable. I am so pleased with his work and will definitely call him next time I need a plumber!!

During a basement demo I came across an old cast iron pipe connection. Turns out I had a mix of cast iron and clay pipes. Roots had started to push through the clay pipes - so definitely the time to do the replacement. I decided to take the opportunity to also replace the water line coming into the house to 3/4 copper from the 1/2 galvanized pipe. Cost was fair for the replacement option and less than several other companies. Work crew was professional and efficient. Explained as they went and checked in appropriately when decisions needed to be made. I would highly recommend this company for any drain or water service work that needs to be done.

Took a chance with Strong Plumbing- Kitchen drain severely plugged . Val came and explained what needed to be done- I took his advise and he did the job great! Now drains perfectly- He also helped me with couple other small jobs. Val is an honest good guy- You can totally trust him. He followed Covid precautions, and cleaned the area up perfectly. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and called a few different people. Valentin is the only person who was the most proactive. He came over and said the leak was due to a bigger problem, clogged pipes due to negligence from previous owners. He took care of the issue and also was kind enough to look at the rest of plumbing in the apartment. Thank you, Valentin. If we have any issues in the future, we know who to call.
