I had a kitchen drain plugged and for 3 days I tried to solve it with chemicals and snake. Nothing worked. I called Strong Plumbing and Vali came to the appointment right on time and did a fantastic job. The pipes were not at the right angle, he professionally assessed the situation, changed the pipes under my sink to have the right angle. He unplugged the drain using the right tools, in a professional manner. He left the area clean and now I can use my kitchen sink again. Thanks for an amazing job! I will definitely recommend it!

Valentin was very quick at responding to my request for a quote in the evening was able to schedule the sink drain replacement within 16 hours of my email, far exceeding what I expected. He was on time and communicated well before arriving and once he was onsite. His work was of high quality and neatly done and left the bathroom neat and tidy afterwards. Valentin was able to diagnose the problem right away and was professional and fast in his work. His years of experience shined through in his work and his explanation of how the problem came to be.

He was super fast him and his crew. They dug 10 feet to the pipes replaced them and installed the backwater valve. One day job. Communicated the whole process from start to finish. Very professional and nice to speak to you. After it was done they put the camera down the pipes to show everything was cleaned out. Hopefully I never have a plumbing problem again but if I did I would call valentin back.

We first met Valentin a few years ago when we sought his advice about replacing the narrow pipes bringing water from our property line to the house. After speaking with several companies (all of whom advised that multiple excavations would need to be done, including through the concrete floor inside our garage and through the interlocking brick driveway), Valentin suggested a solution that only required digging in a single location at the edge of our lawn. The work was done on time and within the estimated budget, with minimal impact on the property. The water flow was vastly improved in our home. We were extremely happy with Valentin's work. Since then, we have called on Valentin for all of our plumbing needs (e.g. clogged drains, leaky fixtures). Most recently, we needed help with a leaking shower. As usual, Valentin was responsive, timely and efficient in providing service. He replaced the leaking fixtures and re-caulked the entire shower enclosure. The problem was immediately solved. After seeing such positive reviews about Strong Plumbing, I texted them for an estimate. Valentin responded very quickly and arranged to come the next day. Within 10 minutes he knew exactly what the issue was and provided a very fair estimate. He and his crew arranged to come the following week to dig up the basement floor to replace the pipe. They were punctual, very professional and very tidy. They took time to patiently answer all of our questions and to explain what they were doing at each step of the way. Within 6 hours, they dug up approx. 10 feet of basement floor (only digging up what was absolutely necessary and preserved as many tiles as possible). They replaced the damaged pipe, thoroughly tested the new installation using a camera as well and ensuring that all pipes in the rest of the house were clear, and then re-cemented the floor leaving it in a perfect state for re-tiling. The work is guaranteed for 25 years. I would highly recommend Strong Plumbing as they are punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and operate with an extremely high level of integrity.

Valentin came over this wonderful friday morning on time and ready to work. He had all his plumbing gear and due to covid 19 wore a mask and special feet protectors in our house. The job was a small job to repair a severed connection. They traced the source of the issue and repaired the work. I was very pleased with the customer serviced I received and I found the price to be competitive with other companies. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking for a plumber.
