Backwater valve installation
Pleasure to work with. Job was done extremely fast and the site was left looking nicer than when they started. Very happy with their work!

Bathroom faucet replacement
Came on time. Worked quickly. Helped explain easy solutions to other household issues that could be solved alone rather than use them as a reason to fix more things and charge more. Very honest. Great work.

Repair complex shower system
Strong Plumbing did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing our shower. Valentin was very responsive and punctual. He clearly explained the problem and how it was going to be fixed. The cost was very fair and reasonable. I would never hesitate in calling Strong Plumbing. Thanks Valentin.

Shower cartridge and valve repair/replacement
Val was excellent in helping to remove an extremely stubborn stuck cartridge and also did some helpful maintenance work on the valves. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance and advice on future maintenance expectations of our fixtures (which happen to be specialty and high maintenance unfortunately). Val is very skilled, efficient, and what we like most is that he is a genuine, honest, and courteous professional. This was the 3rd time we have used Val's services (previously for replacement of burst clay pipe) and we will definitely call him the next time we have a problem. Matt & Rosie

Researt Toilet and Replacement Parts
We had a toilet which was no longer seated properly and was also not re-filling the water tank with water properly. Valentin found a blockage and removed it, replaced the wax seal at the base of our toilet, and replaced the "flapper" that allows/seals water flow into the bowl from the tank. The "flapper" would have been a special order part but he found something suitable in his truck. He also provided helpful advice on a toilet purchase for a new bathroom and plumbing for a basement lowering project we will be tackling at some point. The one issue that we had was that the back of the toilet tank was not really parallel to the wall after he put it back. I did not notice this, but my wife did. Was not off too much, but it is noticeable when you look for it. Still, overall experience was was very good.

Installation of new kitchen faucet (purchased by us) and removal of old
Very professional, efficient and pleasant. Valentin came to the house within 3 days of my call. I had previously sent pictures of the existing set up and new faucet so Valentin provided an estimate in advance

Kitchen plumbing

Toilet Gasket Replacement
Our toilet was shifting around and slowly leaking into the room below, so we called Valentin in to work on it. He was fast, efficient and did a great job. He also made some very helpful suggestions for future improvements and fixed another item while he was there that was also broken (the toilet shut-off valve).

Replacing a kitchen faucet.
My kitchen faucet was leaking underneath my sink. I contacted Strong PLUMBING and Valentin responded very quickly. We texted back and forth while he assessed the problem. I needed a new faucet. He gave me a very reasonable quote and we set a time. Valentin arrived right on the dot. He was friendly and professional. He discovered my problem was a leaky hose which he fixed by installing a new faucet and hose. He was finished within 40 minutes and the price was the same as his first quote. I would definitely deal with Strong PLUMBING in the future.
