    Excellent Service!

    Richard and Erik did a fabulous job delivering top-notch service for our new furnace and air conditioner. They were consultative, not pushy, did not try and upsell or oversell and in the end, provided a much more knowledgeable and customer service oriented approach than the 3 other companies we had over to visit. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a new residential HVAC.

    Installation of new gas furnace and new air conditioner.

    Core Temp installed the new systems in 2013 for my mother in law and did an excellent and efficient job. The systems have run great and Richard and Eric have performed annual checkups and filter changes to this date. They are very responsive when there is a problem or question and very flexible in providing service when required. I hired Core Temp to do this project based on the great job they did at our daughter's home a year or so prior to this project. Very happy with the results and the price we paid was very competitive and much lower than the larger HVAC companies that I contacted st the time. Would never hesitate to call upon them again in the future for similar projects.

    Furnace issue diagnosis

    Called Richard in to have a look at my furnace that had been giving me issues for a couple years. His responsiveness is fantastic - I received a call from him within a minute of me submitting my Homestars request. Would definitely recommend him.

    Install of new A/C and furnace

    We contacted Core Temp to replace our old furnace and A/C and were extremely happy with the professional and friendly service we received. Richard, the owner, personally answered our calls and was extremely helpful in walking us through our options. He and his team came by our place for the installation after we had made our choice of products. They were quick, very friendly and left no mess afterwards. My family is very happy with our new furnace and A/C and extremely satisfied with the excellent service provided by Richard and the Core Temp team. I would recommend Core Temp very highly!

    Furance and A/C Replacement

    The dreading feeling of needing to purchase a new furnace & A/C unit. Lots of money and an endless sea of choices. From the moment I called for a quote, I knew I was dealing with a different kind of company. Richard was open and honest when I first called, and provided some high level pricing over the phone. When he came out for the formal estimate, he not only shared a lot of information to help me make an informed decision, but did it in a way that eliminated the traditional sales pressure. I decided on a Lennon Furnace, A/C and iComfort Thermostat. A few days later, Richard and Eric were here to complete the installation. They were on-time and completed the work professionally. They left the house in great shape and ensured I knew how to operate all the equipment before heading out. Throughout they process, Richard would call me down to look at their progress and walk me through the work they were doing. Communication was very easy with the company - phone calls answered promptly and emails were retuned within a few hours. I would not hesitate to recommend CoreTemp!

    Full Furnace and AC replacement

    After retaining three referrals - all to expensive, i called Richard at Coretemp. He Quoted me over the phone, visited me wihin 24 hours, explained each product and we closed the deal. On time, on budget and excellent work. Easy to have around and his group had to come by several months later to advise on a break-down that was an unrelated part and they did it for n/c!!! I Definitely would work with this group again. Thanks Richard. Greg L

    New furnace and AC installation

    I had no AC for more than a month while waiting for the friend of a friend to come and replace my furnace and AC unit. Will never rely on friend of a friend deal again! Instead, I relied on HomeStars and found CoreTemp and I'm so glad that I did! Richard came out the same day that I called, gave me great advice on my HVAC situation and recommended quality replacement units. I very quickly felt that I could trust CoreTemp based on Richard's expertise and professionalism. I gave him the approval to proceed later that day. Less than 1 week later, I've got a new furnace and, on a very hot humid day, AC!! Richard and the crew did an excellent installation job, left all areas very clean and reviewed all of the equipment with me. There is nothing they could have done better! Thank you Richard and team!

    Supply&Install A/C unit and Evaporator Coil

    Professional quality service, responsive and punctual appointment scheduling. A pleasant, friendly atmosphere that permeated across Richard’s entire team displaying why others also view his business in high regard. Could not ask for more and definitely exceeded expectations. I have dealt with a number of contractors/builders/tradesmen and have been conditioned over the years to expect a painful experience that wastes time and creates disorder along with additional headaches so this was a satisfying surprise that has restored my faith that there are a few trade professionals still out there earning an honest living.

    New Furnace - exceptional service!

    We were new home owners and it was the middle of winter and we had a new born baby. Our furnace broke and we called CoreTemp based upon the HomeStar reviews. Richard was at our door the day we called. It was a Friday afternoon and he made sure we had a brand new furnace by Monday afternoon. We called a major carrier for a second quote but it was clear that Richard was top notch: knowledgeable, trustworthy and a genuine good guy. Since then, we have relied upon Richard and CoreTemp and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Richard has even made himself available for a quick phone call (or two) when I have had a furnace and air-conditioning related question. I have nothing but great things to say about Richard and his team.

    Air Conditioner and Furnace - Service

    I used CORETEMP HEATING AND AIR to replace my furnace and air conditioning a few years ago. I have been very happy with both units. During the winter I had a small device issue - Richard contacted me within 5 minutes of me emailing a service request - the issue was fixed very quickly. Today I accidentally cut into an electrical cable on my air conditioner - Richard (and employee) came and sorted it out within AN HOUR of me calling! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Coretemp. Richard and Janice (owners) and their staff are always very friendly, professional and provide quality products and fantastic service. I also love that they are local.
