Richard was very quick in returning our phone calls, both when purchasing the furnace, hot water heater and humidifier and also when asked to come back a year later for the annual routine service. He spent a long time with us explaining the products as well as their installation. The job was finished when promised and clean-up was done well. Follow-up questions that we had were handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

CoreTemp installed a new furnace and central air unit for us a few months ago and we were very happy with the service so when we decided to install a humidifier we called them back. My phone message was returned in less than an hour and Mike was here to install the humidifier the next day. It really was that easy. If ever we need anything else that CoreTemp sells and installs I won't hesitate to call them again.

Our furnace stopped working today. I called CoreTemp, and Richard was onsite very quickly. He was very professional and was able to trouble-shoot and resolve the issue we were having with our furnace. Highly recommended!

Purchased a Rinnai Tankless Hot Water system from Coretemp and was installed about 9 months ago. Had a problem with the system shutting down after about 10 minutes of use. Had code 25 come up on the unit, so email Richard about the problem. This was on New Years Eve, so wasn't expecting a call till the 2nd. But within about 2 hrs I got a call from Richard to say someone would be by that day to service the unit. Amazing! The service technician was very professional and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. Found out there was some blockage in the condensation tubing. Cleaned it all up and we are back in business. Thanks so much Richard, Janice and Team. 10/10.

Richard was very knowledgeable and patient with answering all of our many questions. He provided a lot of information to us to better understand what the issue was with our existing furnace. He also educated us on the different types of systems available and what would work best in our home. He was honest and easy to work with. We will be using Coretemp again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Richard was great! He was very helpful and efficient in helping us to decide what to choose for. He knew what he was talking about, which helped us a lot in our decision to choose the model. His team is very clean, polite and respectful. We do not have fear to let them come to work in our home. There was a leak in one of our furnace and Richard came back to make sure it was fixed before he left the job and it is easy to get hold of Richard. I have no hesitation to recommend Richard and his team. They are very reliable.

Our heating stopped working so I called CoreTemp based on the reviews on Homestars. They lived up to their reviews! I spoke with Richard on the phone and Kris came out within a few hours of the call and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. They were easy to deal with and customer service oriented. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Richard, the owner, made things very simple. His quote was lower than several others and he was able to do the work much faster than any of the bigger companies. I used him twice this year - the first time was during the summer when both of my a/c units died during a heat wave. Richard came to the house on a Monday evening to give me a quote, which I accepted on the spot with a hand shake (there isn't much of that these days), and he came at lunch time Tuesday to do the work. He and his guys worked until after 11:00pm that day so that we could get a good night's rest (our bedroom was 28C on Monday night!!!) - that's why I'll always work with a smaller company given the option. He was just as fast replacing one of my furnaces and humidifiers in the fall. I'll be using him for years to come servicing my units every spring and fall. Richard was extremely professional and did an excellent job installing my tankless water heater; it was done on schedule and his price was the most competitive of the 4 quotes I received. He was also very neat and made sure that the work area was spotless once completed. Since then (almost 2 yrs now), I've had a few questions regarding my unit and he has returned my calls promptly even if the message was left after hours. With the one minor issue I had which occurred at 8:30pm in the evening he returned my call within 10min and he made arrangements to have someone at my door for 8am the next day. Simply put - Richard and his crew were excellent with my tankless system and I will happily reccomend him to anyone that needs any HVAC work.

Richard's comapany was came highly recommended by our neighbour. We had minimal knowledge on furnaces and Richard was helpful in educating us with his knowledge and visual aids, particularly his DVD presentation. We felt comfortable speaking with him and knew we would be interested in aquiring his services almost right away. We had a Ruud furnace installed and are very happy with it. Since the heat distribution around our home has improved a great deal, we can enjoy the winter months much better than last year. We will again aquire his services for a tankless water heater in the near future. Richard takes pride in his work and it shows.
